Zoho Docs is the easiest one to handle and set up for your team.

Comments: Zoho Docs is great for small/medium teams. It is easy to set up and almost everybody will get used to it quickly.

Pros:

Zoho Docs integrates with a variety of storage/sharing softwares.

Cons:

The fee per user makes it costly for big teams.

Good free software for online document creation

Comments: Zoho Docs flexibility is really helping me managing my document as i can have a free access to all my document from anywhere. Sending and sharing document to client and colleague is very easy and it will produce private link for document sharing purpose.

Pros:

I really like all the tool that has provided by Zoho Docs. It can work from online settings and has a space to storing my document online using the designated cloud storage for free. The text search function is really helping when i am trying to search for specific keyword from my document.

Cons:

There are time when my document are not properly synchronized between my phone and my folder in computer. I need to manually refresh it and only then it will start synchronized back.

An easy tool for storing and sharing documents.

Comments: Its an amazing software for document sharing and document management. It helps me to organise my documents efficiently.

Pros:

It has an amazing web interface. I can find all my documents easily on its dashboard. This software has an specific application for Mac operation system which helps to use this tool in offline mode also. Being a part of Zoho eco-system, this tool is well synchronised with other Zoho services.

Cons:

I have its mobile application downloaded in my phone. I use it when I travel. It is very convenient to do work from my mobile. But this app crashes frequently. The developer should work on it.

Great potential of productivity apps

Comments: Sharing documents and online publishing of the files is a breeze, and they are always online which makes it a great option when embeding these types of files on other places throughout the web.

Pros:

Zoho has never stopped developing new features throughout their productivity suite. Support is awesome and ease of use is great for newbies. I've been using Zoho Apps for more than ten years and I am still loyal with their efforts.

Cons:

Docs includes Writer, Sheet and Show apps, unfortunately loading times of the apps can be cumbersome and the lack of full versions of these apps for mobile phones or tablets forces you to seek for other options even though the online versions of the apps are option packed.

This is a simple to use, powerful document management system.

Comments: We use it to keep company documents in one place for quick retrieval, sharing, editing and storage.

Pros:

Adding documents, arranging into folders, adding to workspaces, sharing and adding tasks was all very easy to achieve. It integrated nicely with online versions of Zoho's Office suite software to create or edit documents without having to go back to your PC.

Cons:

There are no tagging features and the search was a bit over zealous in finding everything and anything.
