Designed to Advance your metrics
Comments: This tools is fantastic for working with our Faculty and Researchers. They expect in-depth analysis and appreciate the power of Qualtrics. Our staff and administrative personnel have all learned to use Qualtrics and most of my co-workers find it easy to use and can adapt it to their various needs. This is a great option for anyone looking for a variety of analytics for surveying, and can be adapted to simpler projects as well.
Pros:
The most useful part of Qualtrics is the depth of analytics you receive on your surveys, questionnaires, and other tools. In real time, as you develop your surveys you are given insights into how your data can be analyzed. It is designed to help you get the data you need back without asking unnecessary questions. The menu for building out surveys is very easy to use and the number of options and variety in types of questions gives you the ability to develop them exactly how you want. Conditional formatting is easy to implement, and there are many ways to incorporate other media into your survey/questionnaire. The surveys are built to be compatible in mobile without any additional design input as well.
Cons:
At times Qualtrics is a more powerful tool than you need. I find that there are some users who adapt to Qualtrics quickly, but others simply do not need it. If you are asking straight-forward surveys and only need basic analysis, you can find easier and lower cost tools. Some people can be overwhelmed by the options and the "analysis" that come with the variety of question-types. That being said, this can be a one-size-fits-all solution, but there will be some training and trial and error involved.

Qualtrics for Best Surveying Practices
Comments: Overall, Qualtrics CoreXM is a great platform for surveys, application forms, and research. There are so many embedded features, such as the ability to add a signature to the form, add questions that require file uploads, and different question types. It is definitely better than Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.
Pros:
Qualtrics has been great for creating applications and surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative data. There are so many features, so there is somewhat of a learning curve, but the time you spend in learning how to use the platform is an investment. I really appreciate that Qualtrics is customizable, and you can disseminate the forms in many ways (email, personalized links, generic links, twitter, etc.). I also appreciate that the information collected from the surveys can be exported into excel. One of the best features is that Qualtrics will send an email when a survey is completed, and it will give you periodic updates on how many responses the forms receive.
Cons:
I wish there was an easier way for individuals to retake or complete their form if they pause it or fail to finish in one setting. In addition, while the support pages are helpful to read through, and you can learn a lot from them, I wish there were more videos and live events to learn how to best use the software.

Qualtrics sets the bar high!
Pros:
What I like most is how user-friendly the survey build feature is. The survey flow function makes it easy to macro-level changes to the survey
Cons:
What I like least the delay in creating lists and generating links for large data sets

An adequate tool for measuring customer experience
Comments: Qualtrics offers a nice dashboard that shows all of your current projects. It is intuitive to create new projects and offers a diverse array of options for those projects. However, I find that it is not as easy to create "advanced" projects in Qualtrics as in other software.
Pros:
Easy to configure an NPS question and link into existing studies, offers industry standard studies like SUS "out of the box." (Or our administrator made templates that look like built-in features)
Cons:
It was more difficult to customize the questions in Qualtrics than in other products used to manage user surveys.

Game changer for surveys
Comments: Really liked using this software as it made collecting students information and feedback so much easier and reliable.
Pros:
It is very easy to create surveys and have full freedom of how you want them to look like. You can customize them to better fit your application. Variety of question types to chose from. Especially the fillable table questions, come in very easy when making forms that collect multiple aspects data
Cons:
It has some parts that were a bit hard to navigate at first. It does seems a bit confusing, especially when analyzing results, but there is lots of documentation support for it
