PDFfiller - One stop tool for PDF Editing
Comments: Our organization use PDF Filler for contract completion with our clients/vendors. It allows us to insert a place for digital signature that is legally binding in the documents. Saves a lot of time and money from both sides.
Pros:
PDFfiller is best tool for pdf editing online. It includes plethora of functionalities for editing pdf. Some of the functionalities I like include add text, note, watermark, redact, draw, add images/videos, textbox, date, checkmark, search and replace text, spellchecker, undo and redo, copy and paste, and pdf toolbar, add branding and Document signing and many more feature. PDFfiller supports integration with major cloud platforms including Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive and Box. One of the best and easy to use tool for filing and storing all sort of forms electronically. Allows you to convert pdf files into other formats such as Microsoft word, excel and ppt. 'Send to Sign' feature is a boon to corporates and legal industry.
Cons:
Some of the advanced feature require a great learning time from the end user. Sometime you would not get expected results while converting a Pdf to word in terms of change in formatting which is difficult to edit. Sometimes the tools is slow while working on large size files.
Alternatives Considered:
By far the best and easiest to use PDF editor out there
Comments: I love using Pdffiller to edit our PDF documents. It was very frustrating to use Adobe, especially when we had a lot of documents to scan onto the cloud, but since switching over to Pdffiller, we've been able to get everything done much more quickly and with less issues.
Pros:
I just love the interface. Compared to Adobe, it's so much easier to navigate and there are much fewer alignment/placement issues. It makes it a lot faster and headache-free for us to onboard new hires with it. The e-sign feature is also a big plus.
Cons:
The form builder feature feels a bit incomplete. We gave it a shot to see if we could switch from our form builder, but it seems to be lacking a lot of the advanced form field options that other builders have.
A huge waste of time
Comments: Woeful. I spent hours creating a 60-page, downloadable, fillable PDF with URL links throughout the text, only to find that when downloaded, the URL links do not work. I have used two other PDF editors that did not have this problem. To add insult to injury, it appears the only way to maintain working links is to permanently host the document in pdfFiller. Doing this would force users to provide personal info in order to access it, AND requires an ongoing subscription to maintain. This is unacceptable for me and for my client and not fit for purpose. As a contractor, this exercise has cost me over $500 in lost income. I now need to start again with different software.
Pros:
It was reasonably easy to use; the interface is simple.
Cons:
It is not possible to create a downloadable, fillable PDF that contains working URL links in the text. The only option is to keep the document 'hosted' in pdfFiller. Doing so forces users to provide personal details in order to access the document. This is completely unacceptable and in my opinion almost a scam.

Kirsty hi! Many thanks for providing your feedback and describing such an interesting use case, even though the experience was frustrating for you. We apologies for that. For starters, your client(s) won't need to have subscriptions of their own to fill in the form. They can do that in any Internet browser they already have. The form would remain confidential and not accessible to third parties, we assure you. Regarding all other technicalities, we strongly recommend you email our Support ([email protected]). We can surely make it work, just need to make several readjustments.

Very Dependable PDF Editing Solution
Comments: Pdffiller has been very very handy for our operations. We get a lot of aper docs that need to be moved over to the cloud, and Pdffiller has been a trusty solution for that so far. It's got great performance and rarely causes issues, it has a wide range of PDF options, including quite a few for PDF editing, and it's very eay to implement and connect with our other tools. Very helpful tool to have!
Pros:
I love hw hassle free it is. The interface is very easy to read even for first time users (which we had a lot of), and unlike other PDF editors I've tried in the past, you rarely ever get issues with Pdffiller that make you have to make manual edits. We needed a simplistic system that wouldn't cause problems when converting documents, and that's pretty much what Pdffiller has been for us.
Cons:
The forms and e-sign fetaures could really do with a bit of work. We'd be all in towards consolidating our different tools all in one but I feel like they're lagging a ways behind other tools, especially with the more advanced stuff like advanced form fields and multi-party signing.

The Most User Friendly PDF Editor Out There
Comments: We're very happy with the service we get from pdffiller. Our work involves a lot of documentation which most of the time needs scanning or editing or merging and whatnot, so we needed something that would help us do those things without causing issues or errors where we'd lose certain its of the document etc. And pdffiller has definitely delivered in that regard. Oter than the performance, it's also priced well and syncs well with other tools. Very handy tool to have for our business.
Pros:
The editor itself works almost flawlessly. I like the secondary features by pdffiller as well but our biggest praise is definitely for how smooth it works. It's fast, doesn't lag, rarely misaligns, and has quite a few handy features like the format converter. We work with a lot of pdf docs so it was a breath o fresh air to have it work so well compared to the other tools we evaluated.
Cons:
The forms feature needs to be develope din my opinion. It doesn't have a lot of the advanced field customization options that other form builders have.
