I would rate it as the Best Compliance solution developed in India. Well, there are lot of extras thrown in. Like Contract Management, Document Management, Task Tracker and License management

Cons:

The set up can be easier. But I hear that Do-it-yourself is being launched in the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Pros:

Besides the daily update for overdue compliances, it promptly notifies any kind of regulatory updates. furthermore these updates comes on daily basis unless you have confirmed that it is applicable or not applicable. this is wonderful feature and ensures better compliance risk Management.

Cons:

Per user charge should be normalised so that entire company comes under the purview of this software

Pros:

A good compliance tracker. Daily reminders being sent to the user helps a lot. A very good platform for showcasing the Compliance status to the auditors/Board/Investors.

Cons:

Duplication of work if there are large number of companies in the group. There should be an option to streamline the process to submit a compliance which is mapped to all the group companies.

Comments: The tool helped us a lot in gaining the insights of Compliances/Controls being adhered across all units. With help of alerts and approval matrix, it became easy to get the compliance done on time via various users

The tool helps Unit and central team in tracking Compliances with different frequency easily through Dashboard & alert mechanism. Helps in adhering the compliances on time with better visibility to Senior Management

Cons:

Features like swapping of Compliances shall show history of swapping for better results. Along with this the amendments that are released on monthly basis should have a better interface for tagging compliances across all unit via Excel import or some other mechanism. Making it easier for Legal Administrator to map the compliances faster and in effective manner. Compliances which are marked not applicable shall not ask for attachment or option should come to bypass the same

Basically the application covers anything falling under the scope of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) 3. Prompt customer support on call mail and even face to face. The team is highly responsive to the needs of its customers.

Cons:

1. The mobile application, I am told, is under development and I am excitedly looking forward to it.
