Comments: I greatly benefit from using Todoist. I have an extremely busy schedule and it helps me organize my daily tasks, my lesson plans, it has reminders, you are able to share your notes with other users, etc. It is perfect for all my needs.
Pros:
Its great facilities like managing your daily and weekly tasks, prioritizing your tasks, being able to share it with your colleagues and family members, ease of use, user-friendly appearance.
Cons:
I wish more people knew about it so that I could share my files with everyone

Todoist: The Best Task Management App?
Comments: As self-employed creative professional, Todoist has greatly aided me in keeping track of disparate projects. Quick overviews, assigned tasks and reminders help me to get the job done, and not get overwhelmed.
Pros:
The Todoist interface is attractive, and a real breeze to use. Being able to assign and add sub-tasks, plus things like Productivity visualizations make it a true productivity tracking app.
Cons:
There could be stronger visual cues for when sub-tasks exist within a task.

It probably has potential, but not what I expected
Comments: Overall, I can say that I'm neutral as to recommending this app to others. Everyone has different needs and tastes. As for myself, I was looking for a simple application to remind me of unfinished tasks that I need to complete on specified dates (say 3, 2 an 1 day in advance of the due date), and I didn't find this feature in the free version of this application.
Pros:
One feature I Iike the best is that it gives you a sense of accomplishment as you check tasks off your list. And that message congratulating you that you completed all your tasks for the day is awesome. The software also sort of gives you a head start with task examples that are pre-filled for you, so you get a sense of how it all looks and feels from a design standpoint.
Cons:
The app is not as intuitive as I expected and it can be a bit confusing to figure out how to use in the beginning. But this is probably because it was designed for managing more complex projects, and I was looking for a simpler solution. Also, it was a bit disappointing for me that to learn that the free version was lacking a basic feature like reminders.

Comments: Really good. I liked it at the start. And they continue to add more features.I can email tasks to my app. I can share sections of the app with others.
Pros:
It is that rare combination of full-featured and SO easy to use.If you want to add a project, you go to the project list, right click, and choose "Add a Project."A dialogue shows up to let you add a task. You can type in "Turn in report Tues at 3 p.m." and you'll get task added that has a deadline right when you wanted. Or set up a board and track projects through stages. You can also set up sub projects and sub tasks for each task.It will tell you all the tasks due today, tomorrow, overdue, whatever timing you indicate.
Cons:
You can't do dependencies. It's not great at telling you how long your project will take.You can schedule tasks way out in the future. But you can't rely on Todoist to add up the time of subtasks to tell you how long the entire task will take.

Comments: I've had a great experience with Todoist and highly recommend it for anyone looking for an effective task management tool. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use and the syncing across multiple devices is incredibly helpful.
Pros:
Todoist is a fantastic task management tool that helps me to stay on top of my various tasks and projects. The intuitive UI is easy to use and the cross-platform compatibility gives me the freedom to access my tasks from anywhere.
Cons:
The biggest downside to Todoist is that it lacks some advanced features that I need for more complex projects. Additionally, the free plan has a rather limited feature set and may not be enough for some users.
