Nachteile:
Das Versenden von Dokumente an mehrere Personen muss besser gelöst werden. Derzeit geht das nur über eine vorgefertigte Liste.

Kommentare: It's easy for me to set up contracts to sign. It's easy for other people to execute on their desktop or mobile devices. This makes getting contracts completed easy for everyone.
Vorteile:
This product was easy to implement. It features a lot of drag and drop elements for uploading contracts/documents. Drag and drop signature fields make setting up the document for sending for digital signing very easy.
Nachteile:
I don't really have any dislikes. Docusign does everything I want. There's a new "template" feature I need to learn about. I'm sure it's really good but will take a little time to set up.
Docusign Process
Kommentare: I had positive experiences working with Docusign and recommend it.
Vorteile:
Customization of application to capture multiple signature levels for creating legally binding documents. Ability to view process status from initial submission to completion of document signature. Provided "pining" option to inform others to take action on open item.
Nachteile:
Document not editable after submission. Although the document is sent as a PDF corrections cannot be made requiring the document envelope to be canceled/deleted and the process to start over.

Kommentare: I actually like DocuSign, but based on the overall cost for the product is a little bit too high and it’s not cost-efficient for my company budget.

A Solid Option
Kommentare: I find some parts of it to be easy and intuitive, and other areas leave me wanting. The autofill is effective and i like that it is easy enough to set up a document, however I wish text editing and signature setting were in one step, so that I could operate more smoothly within the program and wouldn't have to double back. Overall it's a fine program, but not my go to.
Vorteile:
I like that this is a platform my clients are familar with and that it offers another avenue for me to expand my client base.
Nachteile:
I find the softwear less forgiving that other e-sign products. Once i have sent something for signature I hevent found a way to modify the package and reshare without having to completely start over.
