Kronos for Workplace Scheduling

Opmerkingen: My regular work for the last year or so has recorded my hours and wages via clocking in with my badge on the Kronos system. I have learned to utilize it for all I can. I see my previous work info before payroll is done and can view future schedules and current numbers and earnings. I work for a terrific and large company and Kronos has been a decent timecard tool.

Pluspunten:

I have had a regular job that uses this system to clock in and clock out employees.But the device has so much more that allows us to see specifics-specifics related to current pay periods, previous and future. I can see my schedule on the little box and it's really a simplified tool.

Minpunten:

I am on the fence on dislikes. My biggest is likely just what happens but I have had times that I did clock in and it did strange things.An example was an evening that meal break button led to clocking out for the shift.Random but troublesome because our version is not designed to allow management to alter or adjust our needs or problems directly through the system. Qe have to use a paper log for HR or Payroll. So smooth yet missing an easy touch.

I like most that on the home screen it has various links available to click in regards to the company. For example all of the holidays listed for the year

Minpunten:

I don't like that the features on the mobile app are limited.

Works great for some features, terrible for others

I like that many features are together in one "hub." Many of the features are easy to view.

Minpunten:

I really dislike how poorly the "punch" works. The website times out multiple times a day when trying to reach the punch screen. It also sometimes will not record your punch even if did press the button and it says it has recorded it. This is such a hassle and annoyance to me that it trumps the features I actually like about it and I honestly wish my company would use something else.

UKG review.

Opmerkingen: My overall experience is great with UKG. All the amazing features are there in UKG. It is easy to user and user friendly. And it is one the best tool for payroll management, leave management and HR management. We can write details goals and managers can review on it. We can clock the time in UKG and maintain the employee personal data.

Pluspunten:

This software is easy to use and user friendly. And almost all the features are available for payroll management, leave management and HR management. The best part is that we can use this software for appraisal as well wherein employee performance assessment, goal setting and ratings can declare into this.

Minpunten:

Some features are missing wrt. time management and need some improvement on this. Rest all are good.

Good Tool for Team Management

Opmerkingen: Overall positive experience. Basic HR/payroll tasks are easy to navigate.

Pluspunten:

Simple use. Whether it's being used as a timeclock, to request PTO or to submit payroll information, it's nice to have everything in one place.

Minpunten:

At times it can be tricky to navigate. There are multiple ways to get to the same page and sometimes it's not always intuitive. But at the end of the day, it serves the purpose without being too overwhelming.
