A Straightforward and Brilliant Files Storage and Sharing Tool.
Comments: With Box, storing and sharing files is fast, simple and secure.
Pros:
It is simple to organize and manage files with Box. Again, Box enables simple, fast and secure files storage and sharing.Ease of integration with other third-party tools.Ability to search and find files quickly.
Cons:
I haven't experienced any problem with Box as it's does as it's expected to do.
Box is the security blanket we needed.
Comments: We love box and so do our clients. It keeps all assets secure.
Pros:
Box is a great alternative to Google Drive. It provides security.
Cons:
It has not as user friendly as GDrive. Could use a bit updating there.
My favourite cloud storage for several years
Comments: I had a great experience with Box, kicking off around 2012 when I was given some extra storage with my HP TouchPad (remember that!?). While I can no longer use it on my main PC, it is still running on the family's Windows laptop.
Pros:
Having used all of the major cloud storage solutions, I found Box the easiest to use. Its syncing tool was - when I last used it - the best available, offering reliability and leaving me with the confidence to find work created on device A available to review on device B.
Cons:
Unfortunately, as my opinions about computing and software have moved towards an open source philosophy, I have found myself unable to use Box. I would be prepared to make an exception for Box, but it does not offer an official Linux app.
Security means BOX
Comments: It's a great cloud storage service, its safety is the most powerful weapon bout this service. There is no record that exists like the hack of documents spamming in BOX.
Pros:
I love to use BOX for my document's security. I have been using BOX for the last 5 years as my document management and file sharing.
Cons:
I like least about BOX is its offline file options. I don't use this.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy tool to e-sign files inside and outside
Comments: It is cheap and secure. We use it to sign the important documents among our employees and clients.
Pros:
The simple e-signature tool allows us easily to share files among the users from inside and outside.
Cons:
Performance issue exists, especially for the throughput.
