When does our Graduate Programme open for applications?
You can apply for our Graduate Programme from 15 January 2018.
When is the deadline for applications?
The deadline for applications will be at midnight on 11 February 2018.
Are there any minimum degree requirements?
No. We are looking for recent graduates who have a strong business and commercial background.
When can I expect to hear about the status of my application?
You will be informed by the end of February 2018 whether you have been successful at the initial selection stage. If so, you will be invited to a short video interview which will take place in the following weeks.
When and where do the assessment centres take place?
If you have been selected from the video interviews, you will be asked to attend a full day assessment centre on either 26 or 27 April 2018. These will take place at our Pitt Building in the heart of Cambridge.
If I am successful at the assessment centre, when do I start?
If you have been selected following the assessment centre, then you will begin our Graduate Programme in September 2018.
What is the salary for the Graduate Programme?
You will be paid £26,000 on the Graduate Programme, with access to a wide range of company benefits.
Will I be expected to work outside the UK during the Graduate Programme?
You will be based in our Cambridge office, but as a global business, there may be opportunities to travel.
Are there any additional professional qualifications I can gain throughout the Graduate Programme?
Although there are no academic qualifications, you will receive a personalised development programme incorporating future career goals designed to accelerate your learning for future potential within Cambridge University Press.
What will happen at the end of the Graduate Programme?
You will transition to a role within the organisation utilising the skills, experience and interests you have developed throughout the Programme.
