    Today's Insider Preview build (17704) adds new options to restrict autoplay to muted videos or disable it entirely, or set preferences on a per-site basis. If you encounter broken sites while using the "Limited" or "Block" settings, let us know!

    Also, this means that Video.js 5 and older are officially deprecated. We'd urge you to upgrade to latest 5.x if you can't upgrade to 6.x or 7.x. we'd prefer if you can upgrade to 6 or 7 😀

    Video.js 7.0.0-rc.1 is out. It's pretty much the final build, there's probably not going to be much changes to it before the full release.

    And to round out or release-a-thon, Video.js 7.0.0-RC.1 is out!
