  3. Exchanges are being targeted by 51% attacks. If you're running an exchange, you need to read the blog post below. Many tokens are designed to take advantage of exchanges that don't read the fine print.

Question for security token lovers: what happens when an exchange holds for its clients 10% of Apple’s “shares on the blockchain”, and a rouge exchange employee steals the keys? Does that employee now own 10% of Apple, and y’all just go on with your lives?

Once Twitter/Instagram are forced (sadly, that's what it will take) to remove all fake/bot/inactive accounts, many "influencers" are going to be caught with their pants down (re: follower counts) I, for one, can't wait for that day

Cryptocurrencies optimized for payments are like Snapchat. Sure, you can have some success, but the best outcome is that traditional systems use their network effects and copy your features, destroying the value of your asset. It’s a terrible long-term strategy.

Anyone saying unconfirmed transactions are “secure” is either lying or stupid. If you disagree, show me *one* exchange that accepts unconfirmed deposits, of any size, no matter how small. Just one.

So was never really a DEX. Calling it such is totally misleading, it was actually one of the least decentralized relayers. It only allowed order execution through its own address in order to facilitate matching.

Going after PoW coins is wasteful. There’s a much bigger, lower hanging fruit: ERC-20 tokens. Many are complete shitfests. Remember, ERC-20 is an *interface*. Implementation is left as an excercise to the issuer. Yet exchanges assume they’re as secure as PoW coins. Boom.

Recently, interviewed Verge’s on his shitcoin, which imploded yesterday. Here are the tough questions Ran asked. “Are you private?” - oh yeah! “Can you get to visa-scale?” - oh absolutely! “Are you guys really decentralized?” - Oh for sure! 1/5

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! A tiny island nation in the Pacific Ocean is going to create a brand new currency for their citizens with 24 million units, and they are giving 12 million units of that currency to a start-up company from Israel. What the fuck.

Ethereum's sole innovation is rebranding a multi-sig wallet to a smart contract. That is it. Seriously.

Did your favorite Twitter personality tell you that will see shitcoin market caps reach new heights? Did they tell you that blockchain is eating the world? Congrats, you now know where the noise is. Unfollow that fool, and welcome bear Twitter.
