    In my Paul Simon biography (due May 8), he names his all-time Yankee team, from players he actually saw. The OF: Brett Gardner, Gene Woodling, Lou Piniella in LF, Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio in CF, Reggie Jackson in RF. Bernie Williams DH.

    In my upcoming Paul Simon biography, baseball fan Paul chooses his favorite Yankee players that he's seen. His all-time Yankee infield: Don Mattingly at first, robinson cano at 2B, derek jeter at ss and tie-alex rodriguez and Gregg nettles-- at 3B..
