What a frustrating morning. Had to learn patience and acceptance all over again, but I got my head on straight by noon with the help of a wise neighbor and had a good day overall.

Felt light, almost empty, yet filled with peace during my daily meditation. So grateful for it and sending that energy to you.

Witnessed a beautiful sunset tonight. Rays of light through clouds turning pink. It looked divine.

The murder-for-hire charge was finally dropped today. What a relief! It really hurt to have that hanging over me all these years, to be accused of being something I’m not. Fyi, I’ve been dictating my tweets over the phone and they get posted word for word. Then the comments get printed and arrive in the mail a few days later. So far, so good, but if the prison goes on an extended lockdown, I’ll have to send my tweets out via snail mail.

The judge who sentenced me to grow old and die in prison announced her retirement. I don’t hate you, Judge Forrest. I gave that up years ago. I hope you find happiness and peace in the next phase of your life.

Started a new workout routine Monday and it’s already kicking my butt. Burpee/pull-up/run today!

Just found out the govt moved to drop the case against me in Maryland. What a huge weight off my shoulders that will be.

Got a visit today. It felt so good. Almost forgot I'm locked up. It was hard to go back to the cell, but the contact with the outside is good for me. Keeps me grounded. Sorry for the 98% here who don't get visitors.
