    UPDATE: I graduated today 🗣

    My freshman year in college, I was diagnosed and hospitalized for very violent, PNES seizures. These episodes were so terrible that I didn't even have enough control over my legs to walk... I trusted God's plan, and this Fall, I will be starting my Senior Year. I'm thankful. 😭

    Tip #6: Take care of yourself. College can be EXHAUSTING – you deserve a break. Go off campus over the weekend, take a me-day, watch some Netflix, etc. Destress.
