    Good to hear from Saeb Erekat reception ask UK govt to recognise state of and also call for end to trade with illegal settlements. has pledged to do both when in govt.

    Today's briefing on the State of the Economy of Palestine with the Ministry of Economy & Palestinian private sector reps:"economic peace" in the context of Palestine/ Israel doesn't address the national aspirations of the Palestinian people and this attempt will fail too.

    Erakat: In the work shop in Manama the US peace team will replace Palestinian Rights , with Palestinian Needs which will be also defined and decided by them to fit the size of Israeli colonial settlements.

    So I ask those who demanded that the PLO recognize Israel, which Israel did we recognize?Did any one hear from the US peace team in the last 28 months the term State of Palestine, two States, or the term occupied? Hotovely =US peace team = The same settlers school and ideology!!

    سواء حضرت اسرائيل بشكل رسمي او غير رسمي ، فورشة عمل المنامة، لن تصنع ازدهار فى ظل استمرار الاحتلال والاستيطان ومحاولات فرض الحقائق الاحتلالية فى القدس المحتلة .السلام والازدهار ينتجان عن إنهاء الاحتلال الاسرائيلي وتجسيد استقلال دولة فلسطين بعاصمتها القدس الشرقية على حدود ١٩٦٧.

    Peace and prosperity cannot be achieved without ending the Israeli occupation,and the establishment of an independent State of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital, to live side by side the State of Israel on the 1967 borders. It is what is needed ,not what is possible .
