    In a study we released today: 56% of Austrian respondents don't know 6mil Jews were killed in the & some 36% believe 2mil or fewer were murdered, a belief rising to 42% among people aged 18-34

    Henri Krasucki-Auschwitz & Buchenwald-was deported from Drancy Jun 23, 1943. Out of 1,002 Jews (160 children) in the same train, 86 survived. Apr 28 1945 he returned to France "just in time to demonstrate for the 1st of May" he said. In '86 he was elected as VP of

    1940, the Łódź Ghetto was sealed. Mendel Grossman, w/ a camera hidden in his raincoat, photographed life inside the ghetto: “I must show what the Nazis are doing to my people. My pictures will tell the real story, even if I die.”

    Manfred Goldberg was imprisoned at Auschwitz as a child. While there, he says his little brother “vanished from the face of the Earth.”

    At liberation troops found horror. About 7k starving prisoners were found alive in Auschwitz by the Soviets. Millions of items of clothing were discovered along with 6,350kg of human hair -14k lbs.
