    Another immigration policy that undermines our nation’s values & basic human dignity. Gov should not be proposing ways to jail children for longer periods of time & in unsafe conditions. The solution to family separation is not indefinite family detention.

    JCPA is very concerned about the arrest of the Reuter journalists and supports the UN efforts for their release. It is intimidation and a blow to freedom of the press and human rights.

    We are horrified & heartbroken by these reports. Children do not belong imprisoned in detention facilities to suffer from inhumane conditions. This is absolutely intolerable & we must speak out.
