A thousand thank you's to Rebecca Mead and The New Yorker for this beautiful piece about the series. 💜

Well, that was a fun bit of "WHAT THE ACTUAL ARE YOU KIDDING HOW WRONG CAN ONE PERSON BE" right as I wake up! Now time to do some science!

Honestly, random wrong person on the internet, it just sounds as though you're challenging me. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

And I wish eBooks were a solid alternative. But 80% of my books-read are over Shabbat. Print still wins over all other formats...

It sucks, because there are a lot of books I would want to buy during WITMonth (and may yet), but I can't. I wish I had libraries here.

I want to support stores and authors and publishers. But I also have to support myself (and all that entails). So fewer purchases.

I think... I think I'm going to have to push off quite a few book purchases. For a time.
