Staff was rude a big 6 ft something black guy literally pushed myself 4' 11" and other people dancing on the packed dance floor for "stepping" into a roped off area. Didn't ask us to please watch out or anything. Just pushed us as if we were trying to get into the area on purpose. Then the staff at the ladies bathroom line, the guy was an idiot. We were looking for the bathroom,we are sent up stairs. We get to the top and the guy sends us to the elevator. He doesn't say the line starts there, he just says go to the elevator, then as we start to get into the elevator he then yells at us that the bathrooms are the other way and the line starts here. I'd pass on this place next time.

My girlfriend had asked to come here because she had heard really good things about TAO in the past... so we showed up last night. Needless to say we were in awe of the restaurant as a whole. The vibe and the decor of the restaurant were on point and we couldn't help but to look around and smile the whole time we were there. The food came out and was amazing, the wait staff was great. We could not think of anything we would've changed in the whole experience. We were blown away and are actually going back tonight just to make sure we didn't miss anything!

We were guests at the Palazzo hotel and went on our first day to Tao beach and showed our Qatari IDs and went inside with no problems..
Next day we decided to go again since the main pool at the hotel was closed but the guy at the door did not let us in because he was not "familiar" with the IDs!!!!
He asked for passports which of course we didn't have as we only have our swimwear on!!!! Who carries a passport when going to the pool!!!!
The guy was so rude and was obviously very fanatic because we were Arabs and didn't allow us in!!!
Definitely not recommend!!!

Was on the guest list to get in during Bachlorette Party and while we are standing in line one of the guys tells the one girl in the party that has had not an ounce of liquor that she is too drunk and can't get in...then when we tried to explain that she had not drank anything he was rude, and shoved one of the girls. Absolutely ridiculous! If your tryin to find a reason not to let a group in at least pick someone that has been drinking to say that to.... seriously ridiculous

The staff was so friendly! Security were tough on the rules but very respectful and nice about it. The Bartender we had was amazing she was very sweet and quick. And even though she was busy she remembered everyone's drinks! She went out of her way to assure everyone's drinks were as they wanted them. The atmosphere was great and dj price kept the dance floor packed all night.
The only thing I would say is it would be nice there were seating for people not in VIP of VIwe. All in all Tao is always a great experience I come everytime I'm in Vegas!

The atmosphere is amazing, but the food is average or below. I have a gluten allergy, they wouldn't even try to accommodate me. I ended up with mediocre Pad Thai, no appetizer and no dessert.....I will never go back, not to mention the young lady who threw up at the next table all over the floor, so beware.

Front desk boy price about as unprofessional as you can get ... insulting and rude .. He attack my employer verbally and carried it on to the rest of the team... They lost her drivers license and said basically no way possible and insinuates she's and idiot and lost ... after he was so insulting to her and caused her physically shake only then after an argument did he locate her Id.... he should not be in customer service . The manager was non sympathetic and assumed the role of being disrespectful .. on a bright not the staff that helped us in cabana where very helpful and kind.

Some good dishes on a trimmer menu. The push for a 3 course set menu offering was distasteful. Appetizers were nice but the gap between appetizers and selected dishes was over 20 mins. In all a decent experience but Tao could tighten up on service and decide the Australian Waigu beef is not really a Chinese beef dish and become a much better experience.

We had an amazing time at TAO!!! Our server was Anthony and he was awesome! We were a table of 11, celebrating a 21st birthday. We even got an opportunity to see some celebs like Joe Jonas and DJ Khaled!! Afterward we went up to club TAO DJ Mustard on the turntables had us dancin and on our feet all night long.. for a great time I highly recommend this place!
