Responsibilities

· Manage operational activities as per the Signed SOW 

· Drive program performance – SLAs, KPIs adherence and improvement/s

· Participate in compliance and security audits to ensure operational teams are aligned to project requirements.

· Awareness on quality principles/frameworks as need to oversee and drive regular audits with support from operations and quality teams.

· Establish operations objectives and work plans, delegate assignments to subordinate Team Leads when necessary, and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, process, product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

· Train, coach and mentor AMs and Team Leads, including career development. Have clear role and responsibilities agreed and discussed on monthly basis.

· Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

· Balance the needs of key stakeholders and ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals.

· Manage and drive performance from the Team Leaders and Associates in meeting SLAs and KPIs

· Lead and deliver complex client engagements that help identify, design and implement creative business solutions for the company

· Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client, building a strong customer relationship.

· Actively contribute to customer reviews, planning team for BAU forecasting, peak/seasonal preparedness and sales team for cross sell/upsell demands.

Settlements Officers ensure that organisations are compliant with business and regulatory policies in the processing and management of settlements. They typically work in financial services and coordinate the completion of documentation and payment to ground people.

   Post-Graduate/Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

   Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting MIS Data.

   Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data.

   Creation of Various Dashboard as required by head of operation.

   Assisting with training and onboarding processes.

   Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

   Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

   Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

   Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

   Strong coordination with other stakeholders/vertical heads/departments.

   Prepare & Send Daily MIS of all stakeholders/management.

   Ground payments and transactions processing, reconciliation, and general ledgers.

   Settlements for various schemes launched by company.

   Timely reconciliation of accounts and general ledgers.

   Retrieval and fulfilment of statements requests.

   Experience in Finance/Account must be an added advantage.

The person would be responsible for on-boarding ground staff in assigned region and convince them by explaining our working Model and work with us individually or as Franchisee.

   Should have good Knowledge of Geography of India

   Qualification would be Minimum Graduate

We have an urgent requirement for a UI Developer. The successful candidate will work closely with our Engineering team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities :

- Develop the webapp and landing portals which are user-facing features.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 3+ years of JavaScript and professional web development experience
