While I was looking into this Deltec connection I did find a couple things that are kinda odd
For one thing there is a casino in the Bahamas called Baha Mar and it turns out that it's major subsidiary incorporated at the same address as Imperial Pacific's. https://offshoreleaks.icij.org/nodes/236724
Do you remember Imperial Pacific? It was the shady money laundering casino that was advised by Eugene Sullivan of Freeh, Sullivan, and Sporkin the lawyers who did the not an audit for Tether. Weird huh

While I've only had a curious review. They appear to me to be the typical boutique white label operation who service HNWI and family offices. Their domain goes back to 2003 and is appears consistent with the licensing from the gov
And several ICOs. Looks like they have pivoted to crypto
I'd be somewhat suprised as an 'agent' (custodian) they would be able to park grubby money with another bank in any event.
