I am worried about my photos on Flickr Pro,being a conservation photog with over 6000 images on Flickr. I donate my images to education & conservation organizations. I am unable to login. I changed my password, uploaded a picture & another Flickr page with 1 image was displayed.

Our Support Heroes have replied multiple times, to multiple email addresses on your account and your support ticket, but they all bounced from your mail servers. Is there a better way to get ahold of you?

I'd like to add enhancing the Albums/Collections feature to any updates. Currently Collections seems to be doing nothing unless you delve into the Organize settings, but it would be good if the front end could make use of both Albums AND Collections.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. Would you mind explaining more what you'd like to see? There are other goodies not on the list above, so it's certainly not exhaustive, just a list of the highest priorities getting the most attention right now.

I'd like to be able to have Collections show up in the front end so that I could have a Collection of images subdivided into Albums (similar to folders and sub-folders). Some of my Albums are getting quite large (1000+ photos) and this would help to organise them.

Sure. A search often brings up a large number of irrelevant images from a given user. The results would be much higher quality if I could filter out that user's images (in some cases permanently).

Good list I guess, but as a long dormant user if you skipped all that and focused on making the weekly email better than 2006 era 50x50 thumbnails it might actually entice a visit. None of that list pulls me back. Only seeing photos will. That email is the only window of F I see.

Thanks for the feedback. IMHO, if we did start pulling you back, but you couldn't login or it was difficult, and when you did it was full of spam, and it was slow or unstable... you wouldn't stay long. So seems like this stuff first, then work on the next phase? You tell me. :)

Can't say I ever thought signing in was hard, service was slow (maybe upload but that's expected), or there was any spam problem (comments?). Just signed in and it all feels fine. I work in eCommerce where direct email is good for +20% revenue if managed well. Easiest way to grow that business. Most companies struggle to maintain visibility in other channels / social, but email prints money. People are too busy to revisit 50 sites they used prior.

I still care about content from my Flickr contacts, and email is a good slow-drip for my level of interest. I know I'd visit and interact more if 1/5 thumbnails in each user-set was enlarged. The content is good, it's just crunched into thumbnails for old-timey bandwidth.
