In times of turbulence and uncertainty, music has the potential to capture the zeitgeist of a society, while inspiring human solidarity and renewed hope for the future. In this spirit, we have invited three renowned musicians—David Broza, Noa (Achinoam Nini) and Mira Awad —to perform and share stories about the unique role that music and the arts play in social change and in Israel today.
A powerful entertainer and industry innovator, Broza awes and inspires audiences with his energetic, musically alluring performances that convey his message of optimism and healing. Noa, together with her musical collaborator Gil Dor, is frequently dubbed Israel’s leading international singer, and has performed for three popes and wowed audiences in 50 countries. Awad, star of stage and screen, is the first Palestinian in Israel to represent the country at the mania-inducing Eurovision competition. They will be joined by luminary Peter Yarrow from Peter Paul & Mary.
This program is curated in partnership with Seeds of Peace and the New Israel Fund.
This event is produced by David Azulay and Teev Events.
