Kaspersky Internet Security 2014

In order to install Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 without scanning your computer for incompatible software, do the following

1. Run the Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 installer by double-clicking the application icon on the desktop.

3. Start the installation.
4. On the installation wizard's Incompatible software detected screen, click Skip.
5. On the screen that says Are you sure you want to keep incompatible software on your computer?, click Continue.

6. The installation of Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 will continue.

Installing the application (electronic version) without scanning for incompatible software.

1. Download the installer from the Kaspersky Lab website. The following pages contain information on how to download the file:
   • For Windows 8 users
   • For Windows 7 users
   • For Windows Vista users
2. Create a shortcut for the downloaded installer. To do this, right-click the downloaded file and select Create shortcut in the context menu.

3. Right-click the shortcut and select Properties.

4. Go to the Shortcut tab and type the following line in the Target field: <full path>\<installation_package_name> /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1 

   The full path and the installation package name are displayed in the Target field by default.

   For example, if an installation package is saved to the Desktop, the following string will be needed in the Target field: C:\Users\<Username>\Desktop\KIS14.0.0.4651en.exe /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1

   By using the parameter pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1, you are assuming responsibility for the possible consequences of the Kaspersky Lab products' incompatibility with other applications.

5. Click OK.
6. Run the application's installation by double-clicking the created shortcut.

Installing the application (boxed version) without scanning for incompatible software

If you purchased a boxed version of the application (you are installing from an installation disk), you can also install Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 without scanning your computer for incompatible software. To do this, perform the following actions:

1. Execute the "Run" command:
   • For Windows XP/Vista users
   • For Windows 7 users
   • For Windows 8 users
2. In the Run window (for Windows XP/Vista/7/8), enter the following in the Open field: <cd-rom>:\install\setup.exe /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1

By using the pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1 parameter, you assume responsibility for the possible consequences of the Kaspersky Lab product's incompatibility with other applications.

3. Click OK.

These actions will install Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 without scanning for incompatible software.
