Kaspersky Internet Security 2014

Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 does NOT collect and store users' confidential data.

When you try to enter a personal cabinet in your payment system or any online banking system, Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 performs the following actions:

• Checks that you are trying to access a genuine banking or payment system page, compares a page address with its updatable database of bank and payment system websites (the database is composed by Kaspersky Lab specialists);
• Checks the certificate that is used to establish the secure connection and prevents access to a fake web page;
• Checks the installed operating system for vulnerabilities critical for online banking;
• Offers to open a website in the Safe Money mode to protect your personal data from loss.

This enhances the security of financial transactions.

The Safe Money component is enabled by default. To enable/disable control of access to online banking services:

1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2014.
2. In the bottom right corner of the window, click Settings.

3. In the Settings window, go to the Protection Center section.
4. In the right part of the window, you can toggle Safe Money on or off.
5. Close the Settings window.

Safe Money works only if Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 self-defense is enabled.

To launch the component quickly, use the Safe Money shortcut (by default, the shortcut is created on the Desktop when installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2014).

You can add a bank or payment system URL to the Safe Money database. When accessing an address added to the database, the Safe Money component automatically performs a predefined action (for example, launch the protected browser).

To add a website URL:

1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2014.
2. In the lower part of the window, click the Safe Money button.

3. In the Safe Money window, click the Add bank or payment system link.

4. In the right part of the window, do the followin:

• In the Bank or payment system website field, enter the website URL.
• In the Description field, enter a brief description of a bank or payment system.
• Select an action that should be performed when this website is visited.
• Click Save.

5. The website URL will appear at the left part of the window.

When Safe Money is launched in Internet Explorer on a computer running Windows XP, only one tab will be available for work.
