In the Incompatible software detected window, you can choose the following actions:

1. Remove detected incompatible software. Do the following:
   • Select the check boxes that refer to automatically removed applications. Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 will remove the incompatible applications. 
   • If for some reason the applications cannot be removed automatically, remove the incompatible application manually. After removing the incompatible applications, click the Refresh button.

2. 

   • In the You must restart the computer to continue the installation window, click Restart the computer. After the system restart, the installation of Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 will continue.

2. Click Next. If you are sure you do not need to remove any products, click Continue in the window titled Are you sure you want to keep incompatible software on your computer?

For the product purchased online

1. Create a shortcut for the Kaspersky Internet Security 16 installer. Right-click the installer file and select Create shortcut from the context menu.

2. Right-click the shortcut you created and select Properties.

3. Go to the Shortcut tab and add the pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1 parameter to the end of the line in the Target field.
4. Click OK.

Double-click the shortcut to run the installation.

For a retail box version of the product

If you purchased a boxed version of the application (you are installing from an installation disc), you can also install Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 without scanning your computer for incompatible software. Do the following:

1. Insert the Kaspersky Internet Security 2016installation disk into the CD drive.
2. Use the keyboard shortcut Win+R (press and hold the Windows key, then press R).

3. In the Run window, find the Open field and enter the following: D:\install\setup.exe /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1.

Where D is the letter used by the CD drive. Use the letter defined by your operating system settings. 

4. Click OK.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 will be installed without the scan for incompatible software.
