Several payment options are available for license renewal via the Auto-Renewal service:

1. Credit or debit card: choose this option if you prefer to stay protected in future. Please, keep in mind, subscription renewal fee will be billed to the credit or debit card you have provided, once the initial license expired until you cancel the automatic renewal and billing. For example, if you have purchased license for 1 year, you will be charged in a year. If you purchased the license for 2 years, your credit card will be billed in 2 years.
2. PayPal: it works the same way as with credit/debit card.
3. Wire Transfer: in case you choose this option, please keep in mind the following: you can make initial purchase of Auto-Renewal Service with Wire Transfer, but you will not be billed automatically. To renew your subscription and stay protected with Kaspersky Lab products prior to license expiration you’ll be offered to choose one of the methods above (credit/debit card or PayPal) and update payment information.

To automatically renew license when it expires, fulfill payment using your credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. To do this, you may need to update the payment information by clicking the Renew button on the Order Details page.

To open the Order Details page:

1. Enter your order number and password into the corresponding fields on the findmyorder page. You can find this information in the order confirmation e-mail received during the purchase of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
2. Click Find.

3. Click the Renew button and follow the further instructions.

If you use credit card as a payment method for Auto-Renewal Service, the required sum of money will be written off your card automatically at the time of license expiration.

If your credit card has expired or there is not enough money on the card, you will receive the e-mail informing that the payment cannot be performed.

To avoid such situation, update your credit card information in advance. To update your credit card information, open the Order Details page and do the following:

1. Enter your order number and password into the corresponding fields on the findmyorder page. You can find the required information in the order confirmation e-mail received during the initial purchase of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
2. Click Find. 

3. To update the credit card information, click Renew.
4. You will be offered to make a purchase and put your new credit card data during this process.
5. Enter your new credit card data and complete the purchase process.

The money from your credit card will be written off only at the date of license expiration. For example, if you purchased the renewal license on January 1, 2014 and want to update your credit or debit card credentials on July 1, 2014, perform the actions describe above, and your credit or debit card will be charged only on the next expiration date, on January 1, 2015.
