Kaspersky Internet Security 2015

Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 does NOT collect and store users' confidential data.

When you sign in to your online banking profile, Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 does the following:

• Checks that you are trying to access a genuine online banking or payment system page. To ensure the trustworthiness of a website, the application checks a requested page address against a continuously updated database of financial institution websites (the database is maintained by Kaspersky Lab engineers).
• Verifies the certificate that is used to establish a secure connection, thus preventing access to a fake web page.
• Scans your operating system for vulnerabilities that are critical for online banking.
• Offers that you open a requested website in the Safe Money mode to protect your personal data.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 protects your Clipboard data against interception and theft when you are using the Safe Money mode. The product also prevents unauthorized screenshot capture (powered by the Hypervisor, DirectX®, and OpenGL technologies).

As a result, your online transactions become more secure.

By default, the Safe Money component is enabled. To enable or disable monitoring of requests to online banking websites:

1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
2. In the lower-left corner of the window, click the Settings link.

3. In the Settings window, go to Protection Center.
4. In the right frame, scroll down to the Safe Money section and slide the switch on or off by clicking it.
5. Close the Settings window.

Safe Money works only when Self-Defense is enabled in Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.

For quick launch of Safe Money, use the respective shortcut that is created on the Desktop when Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 has been installed.

You can add an online payment system website address to the Safe Money database. Whenever the address is requested, Safe Money will be automatically performing a predefined action (for example, it will be starting the Protected Browser).

To add a website address, follow these steps:

1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
2. In the lower part of the window, click the Safe Money button.

3. On the Safe Money screen, click the link Add website to Safe Money.

4. In the right part of the window:

• Type a website address in the box named Safe Money website (URL).
• Select an action that will be taken whenever the address is requested.
• Click the Add button.

5. In the left part of the window, a new entry will be displayed.

To start using Safe Money:

1. Make sure that your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox) has Safe Money Plugin, Content Blocker Plugin, and Virtual Keyboard Plugin installed and enabled (in Google Chrome, the Kaspersky Protection Plugin must be installed).

2. In the address bar of your web browser, type an online banking or a payment system address.
3. Click the Open in Protected Browser button.

4. Safe Money will start.
