How would you classify the impact this has on your development effort: 5 CRITICAL. All users of the tools are completely unable to work because of this problem. 4 MAJOR IMPACT. Some users are completely unable to work because of the problem, and some are able to continue working. 3 MODERATE IMPACT. Productivity is impacted, but is still possible.
