[Resolved] After a period of monitoring, we can confirm that the issue is fully resolved. With this, the incident is closed. Below you can find a summary of what happened and the steps we've taken to resolve the incident.
On February 19th, 2024 between 2:44 PM GMT and 3:00 PM GMT, we had an issue in our Paddle Classic order processing system. The issue caused the passthrough value to not be included if one was passed into the checkout as well as longer processing times for orders.
Our engineers resolved the issue at 3:00 PM GMT. By 4:20 PM GMT, we successfully processed the backlog of impacted orders, restoring our service to its normal operational speed. Please bear in mind that even though the order was processed successfully, the passthrough value was not included if it was passed into the checkout.

[Identified] Our Engineers have been able to recover full functionality of the checkouts, and these are now working as normal.
We will update again once the cause of the order processing issues have been identified.

[Identified] We are seeing an issue which is causing some checkouts to not work properly, and delayed order processing.
