On Monday, February 19th between 10:00 and 14:00 CET we will migrate our apps on the CM.com platform to a new Apps-proxy. This migration is aimed at improving the reliability of our apps and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

While we try to miminize any disruptions, there may be a temporary impact on your experience when using our apps on CM.com during this maintenance window. We anticipate no downtime or delivery issues with the underlying services of our apps.

Our teams will be working to mitigate any potential disruptions and ensure a swift resolution to any challenges that may arise. Should you experience any persisting issues beyond the mentioned maintenance window, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

On Saturday, March 02th, 1:59:59 AM CET, the certificates for sgw01.cm.nl and sgw02.cm.nl will expire.

We advise our customers to migrate towards our global endpoint managed via Cloudflare on gw.messaging.cm.com, for more information please see https://developers.cm.com/messaging/docs/integration

We will therefore replace the certificate for both endpoints on the 29th of February, between 10:00 and 11:00 CEST. No actions are required. The public keys have been published and can be retrieved for SGW01 and SGW02 respectively via https://sgw01.cm.nl/certs/sgw01.txt and https://sgw02.cm.nl/certs/sgw02.txt.

From 2025 onwards we will automatically renew certificates without notice on these endpoints.
