doolNovember 2, 2016, Soaps.com exclusively reported that Annalisa Cochrane ("Major Crimes," "Modern Family") booked a role on "Days of our Lives" as Alyssa Trout, Kayla's co-worker, Dr. Trout's daughter. Cochrane taped her scenes the same week, which will air May 17. Look for her in scenes with Joey (James Latovic).The actress recently had work in on Y&R has cast Annalisa Cochrane as Zoey.

doolBrianna Chomer auditioned for role of Mia on "Days of our Lives," which appears to be actually the role of Ciara Brady, according to the discussion in the audition tape on Vimeo, which has now been removed. In the video there was discussion of Mia's family with her little brother's death, her father's death and the female voice reading with her refused to let her ride a motorcycle (like her brother, Shawn D?).

ghGaard Swanson, pictured here with Executive Producer Frank Valentini and Michelle Stafford (Nina Cassadine), makes a cameo on the May 16 episode of "General Hospital." Soaps.com viewers may know him as the host of HGTV's "Generation Renovation" and the host of "Seattle Refined," a daily show about all things Seattle that airs on KOMO 4. Swanson will be featured in scenes with Stafford.

doolTim Abell posted his audition tape on Vimeo for a role on "Days of our Lives" that should air at the end of October. In the video, Abell's character thinks he's the real Elvis Presley. The discussion in the video had a person looking for information on Stefano DiMera and insisting that Elvis knew him. Elvis told them he didn't know who that was but once they mentioned a doctor named Monica Darver who claimed to have brought Stefano back from the dead, Elvis revealed he knew the doctor and alluded that he paid her to bring him back to life.

doolBill Lippincott will be seen as Roy starting May 9, 10, and 16. Some will recall his time on "All My Children" as Zach's lawyer in 2010, and as Nick's lawyer on "Young and the Restless" November 2012.
Jason Looney will return as Jason in a one day role May 2. This isn't the first time Looney has been on the show. He played Jason on "Days" in 2011, 2014, and 2015.
Allen Theosky Rowe will be playing Pez for one episode on May 8.
Several weeks ago Soaps.com saw an audition tape uploaded to Vimeo showing "Days" spoilers being leaked. According to this post, (teaser alert) when Dario's residency status is in question, Abigail and Dario decide to marry, professing their love to a U.S. immigration agent, Officer Gilman. Now, we have learned that Emil Beheshti has taken the role of Agent Gilman who will be seen May 22. He once played Roy Russell on "Y&R" in 2010.
Edd Hall is going to be seen on "Days of our Lives" as a newscaster September 12, 13. Hall played a news reporter on "Y&R" in September of 2009.
Brian Maierhofer booked a part on "Days of our Lives."
Daver Morrison returned to "Days" as Officer Johnson/Johnston, the cop who arrests Snake on May 3. According to his IMDB page, viewers have seen him since 2013 on "Days," and he has also played a cop on "As the World Turns," "All My Children," "General Hospital," and private investigator on "Young and the Restless."

Keiko Elizabeth plays Jan Richards on May 5. Elizabeth previously appeared on "Days of our Lives" in 2012 as an unnamed background character.
Marcos De Silvas plays Alvaro on May 9.
Eddie Davenport will play Costa on May 10. Davenport appeared on "GH" back in 2009 as a stunt double.
Amelia Meyers will play Amelia on May 18 and 19. Meyers has played the part of Amelia the waitress off and on since 2007.
Shelly Bhalla returns as Charlotte's social worker Ms. Watkins on May 18.
Johnny Alexander will play Mr. White on May 26.

Christian will return again Tuesday December 13 in a dream Nicole has, telling her to move on, and again January 27 in scenes with Nicole at Salem Police Department.
