Excellent honey with a great taste. I am very happy with the honey I received. I'll be ordering more in the next few weeks.
Rosemary Honey

I recieved a sampler set of the artisanal honey jars and while I am a sucker for lavender, I had never considered rosemary as a flavoring to pair with honey, and I am sold. Putting this on biscuits or as a glaze when cooking vegetables as opposed to using anything like brown sugar or regular sugar on grilled/glazed veggies or some meats (I've tried it on chicken and shrimp so far) and it's very flavorful and versatile.

I have never tasted a honey that I like. I bought honey for my kids but, not me, I couldn't stand it. We went on a holiday and went in this store. I tried this honey and fell in love.... I can eat it right off the spoon! Quite frankly, I loved a lot of their honey!

I love this honey. It goes great with my green tea. And basically everything that you want sweet with some rosemary. Beautifully balanced in flavor.

I've always been intrigued by the idea of honey and beekeeping, but as a kid I detested the taste of honey. In high school I twice forced myself to eat some in order to garner quick energy before playing basketball, but became terribly sick to the point that for many, many years I would gag simply by looking at a jar of it, and assumed that I was allergic. Over the years, and being a serious foodie, I always felt that I was somehow missing out until one day I read an article that stated that if you think you don't like honey, keep trying different varieties. Hope renewed! Some months ago I was shopping at Central Market in Houston and saw Savannah Bee Company's tupelo honey. Remembering the movie Ulee's Gold, I decided to give it a try and liked it - a lot! Better still, I didn't get sick. Since that time I have purchased the Acacia, Orange Blossom, Lavender, and Rosemary. The only Savannah Bee artisan honeys not yet tried are the Sourwood and Wildflower. I'm just waiting for the Sourwood to be bottled and available in the fall of 2016 before ordering both. While all the Savannah Bee honey tried thus far is excellent, in my opinion the one that stands out far and above all others in side-by-side taste tests is the Rosemary. It took a very long time to find my honey, and I will continue to taste and compare, but this is the one! In fact, I found a big chain store in Houston that temporarily carried only the Rosemary and Lavender at a very good price so I drove all over the city purchasing and stockpiling the Rosemary. I've already given one to a honey-loving friend and plan to spread the goodness at Christmas by giving to four family members as stocking stuffers, but the rest....they are mine...ALL MINE!!!

I got my Savannah Bee order today, and couldn't wait to taste the Rosemary and the Lavender Honey! They are both wonderful, but while I expected to like the lavender the best, I actually am in LOVE with the rosemary!!. I had a small container of plain Greek yoghurt for my afternoon snack and spooned it into 2 dishes, putting Lavender on one and rosemary on the other! They were both magnificent, but to my taste , the rosemary just edged out the lavender.

Rosemary Honey
Rosemary Honey is one of our most intricate and complex honey varieties. Its fresh, woodsy aroma and surprisingly herbaceous taste give way to a delicately soft sweetness. Savannah Bee Rosemary Honey is produced in a remote natural setting in the dry, rugged hills of Central Spain and is a product of wild-growing Rosmarinus officinalis. The mineral qualities of the soil definitely come across in this wonderfully complex honey. With native origins in Spain, rosemary grows freely and blooms for an unusually long period of time.
