In his 1958 paper N.A. Kozyrev proposed a "causal" or "asymmetric" model of mechanics, arguing that time possesses a directional property ("flow") that distinguishes the living World from what the dictates of the mainstream mechanical models (Newton, Einstein and quantum). Kozyrev examined discrepancies in then available astrophysical data, specifically the longevity of stars and the lack of observed thermal death of the universe that would be expected had Newtonian laws of thermodynamics were proven true in the natural (non man-made, non mechanical) world. He explored the implications of this theory, proposing that time can perform work and generate energy.

The most profound implication of this model is that the World has absolute, objectively identifiable cause-effect relationships determined by the flow of time, all the way back to the prime Cause of everything.

It is not surprising that Kozyrev spent many years in a Soviet labor camp. I will publish an article on his life story toward the end of January - it is even more astonishing than his theory of time. He nearly died in prison, but eventually was released and allowed to work at Pulkovo Observatory near Leningrad (St. Petersburg). This paper in English discusses his history and offers perspective on his research.

Prison and labor camps robbed Kozyrev of the valuable time to develop his theoretical models fully. He conducted many original experiments demonstrating his theory, and some of his work has been since replicated by others. Some research work on his theory appears to be ongoing in Russia. However, these ideas are relegated to the largely unfunded fringe of science, or, inappropriately, to mysticism.

For this article I used Kozyrev’s 1958 paper in Russian. Even though I am not well versed in physics, I found his writing very clear. Unfortunately, most of the available English translations are of poor quality, so I am using my own translations for the most part here. I am commenting only on his theoretical reasoning from the paper. I am not qualified enough to critique his mathematical and the experimental work.

Mechanics is the foundation of the exact sciences. However, the theoretical model of mechanics has been developed only for two extreme abstract cases: 1) Newton-Einstein mechanics, which corresponds to the World where the flow of time is assumed to be infinity; and 2) atomic (quantum) mechanics, where the flow of time is assumed to be zero. In the real World, as the experimental and theoretical material presented in this paper shows, the flow of time is a finite value. Therefore, exact sciences, developed deductively without taking into account the finite flow of time, cannot give a real representation of the World.

Classical models propose the first and the second principles of thermodynamics. The worlds that [hypothetically] conform to these models describe processes in which there is only an increase in entropy which leads to thermodynamic death. The real world, however, due to the finiteness of time, has peculiar properties. This world appears to fight [entropy, thermodynamic] death with an opposite process, which can be called the process of life.

The Classical Model of Mechanics Neglects the Asymmetry of Time

Kozyrev's primary criticism of the classical mechanics is the failure to acknowledge the directional, asymmetric property of time, and the neglect of causality or inability to distinguish physical causes and effects. He criticized the classical mechanics principle "causa aequat effectum" (the cause equals the effect), which underlies concepts like the conservation of energy. This principle, together with simplifications such as replacing forces with energy, eliminates the possibility of distinguishing between cause and effect, reducing mechanics to a descriptive science concerned only with mathematical or statistical formulations of physical laws.

Kozyrev argued that time possesses active physical property, a "flow" that differentiates the future from the past and objectively establishes the distinction between causes and effects. The causes are always in the past, the effects are always in the future, and there is always a non-zero time and non-zero space between the former and the latter. This simple reality is absent from the Newtonian model that ignores the non-zero time between causes and effects, while the quantum model allows causes and effects to occupy the same space. He demonstrated, theoretically and in some cases experimentally, that time's flow enables stars to generate energy, counteracting the second law of thermodynamics.

Instead of treating time as a “mass delusion” or as a measurement tool, Kozyrev proposed that time is an objective, material, physical property of the world:

All of us perceive the flow of time.

[…] a concept that is not acknowledged by the exact sciences.

We may now formulate the following proposition:

V. Time possesses a special, absolute property distinguishing the future from the past, which may be called directionality or flow. This property determines the difference between causes and effects, for effects are always in the future in relation to causes.

This last provision introduces into mechanics a new physical concept - the passage of time. The properties of this concept must be studied experimentally.

We should expect that the flow of time in our World is determined by some universal constant with a certain sign. In a different world, this constant may be different and may even have a different sign. The course of time must be defined with respect to some invariant […] the directionality of time can be defined as the direction in space.

Kozyrev introduced a universal pseudoscalar “constant”, c2 to distinguish from c1, or the speed of light in Einstein’s special theory of relativity. It is only a constant in a sense that it describes the current state of the current system, but in principle can change to describe another state of our system or a different system. As I mentioned in previous articles referring to Rupert Sheldrake’s work, it has been demonstrated that the speed of light and other assumed physical constants are NOT constant, suggesting that the system we live in undergoes fundamental changes of the physical reality.

Kozyrev’s c2 denotes the speed of transformation of cause into effect in our World that can serve as an absolute measure of the flow of time:

the greater c2, the smaller is the time interval corresponding to the same interval of space, and, therefore, the faster the passage of time.

He demonstrated experimentally that c2 ~ 550 km/s with a positive sign in the left coordinate system, and demonstrated that we live in the left coordinate system. I read his paper while on a long road trip (my husband was driving), and it was helpful to be on a divided highway while reading this. The “mirror world” that he uses in several of his thought experiments is akin the opposite lanes of the divided highway, i.e. the opposite lane is a helpful mirror image of the world you are moving in. Everything looks the same in the mirror, the “movie” runs forward, not backward, in both images in a similar manner, but the left and the right are reversed. He argued that the right and the left, i.e. the system of coordinates for the World are determined absolutely by the directional flow of time.

He proposed that this knowledge would enable a revolution in science and engineering, i.e. provide an objective way to identify physical causes and effects:

Now that we know the sign of c2, we can distinguish the active forces from the passive by mechanical experiments, i.e. distinguish causes from effects. If, for example, a decrease of forces is observed in a rotating body, the active force will be the force facing the location from where the rotation seems to occur clockwise.

Note: I tried to translate the above sentences as accurately as possible. If we assume that the Earth as a rotating body (acknowledging that this is not as settled as many people think), then, according to Kozyrev, the active force (the cause) is acting on the North pole, from north to south. If you look at the Earth’s rotation from the South pole, it is clockwise. From the North (observing from Polaris) the rotation is counterclockwise.

This fact fulfills the basic requirement we have for mechanics:

5. The active force from the passive, or the cause from the effect, can always be distinguished by mechanical experiments. Therefore, a device showing the position of causes and effects is possible in principle.

Asymmetry is the Hallmark of Nature

…the [positive or negative] sign of the flow of time allows to determine the absolute concepts of right and left. Geometry distinguishes right from left only in relative terms, and geometry itself cannot determine what is called right and what is called left.

However, conspicuous objective differences between right and left exist in nature. These differences have long been known in the organic world. The morphology of animals and plants provides numerous examples of persistent, inherited asymmetry. For example, in mollusks, in the overwhelming number of cases, shells are twisted to the right side. The predominance of a certain symmetry is also observed in microbes that form colonies of spiral structure. In highly organized creatures, the asymmetrical position of organs is always observed. For example, the heart in vertebrates, as a rule, is located on the left side. A similar asymmetry exists in plants; for example, in the preference for left-handed spirals in the conductive vessels.

In inorganic chemistry, stereoisomers form racemates, i.e. mixtures with the same number of right- and left-handed molecules. However, in protoplasm [organic biological matter], there is a sharp inequality of the right- and left-handed molecular forms [see chirality]. The effects on the body of right and left isomers [mirror-image versions of the same molecule] are often very different. For example, left-handed glucose is almost not digested by the organism, left-handed nicotine is more poisonous than right-handed nicotine, etc. Today, all these questions constitute a major scientific problem…

Kozyrev hoped that his theory would help the scientific community in solving these obvious problems and inconsistencies with prevailing mechanical theories. Instead, “The Science” ignored these issues, and poured money into nonsensical and outright fraudulent research to compensate for failures of the prevailing theories, as we find it today. For example, the reasons that it is not possible to make viruses in a lab (even if infectious viruses existed), or cure cancer, or change your “faulty” genes, etc. are explained in this short paper. The prevailing scientific model of the living nature is based on “dead” mechanical theories and does not even admit that the process of life is objectively different.

The directionality of time as a physical reality follows simply from the very possibility of life. Indeed, the essence of life consists in processes directed against the increase of entropy. This means that in organisms, in some processes, the flow of time may differ from the world’s flow of time. Therefore, similar to the astrophysics, accurate biological experiments should show in the processes of life a violation of the usual balance of energy due to the use of the time flow by life.

Asymmetry of Planetary Shapes

Based on his theory of causal mechanics, Kozyrev proposed that the southern hemispheres of planets, including Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn, are more elongated than their northern hemispheres, a prediction that was later confirmed experimentally. The asymmetry in planetary figures contradicts traditional mechanics, which predicts that a planet's shape should be symmetrical about its equator.

Kozyrev attributed this asymmetry to the directional property of time, which creates additional internal forces acting on rotating bodies. He suggested that these forces cause a "northward shift" of the planet's mass. Kozyrev and D.O. Mokhnach measured numerous photographic images of Jupiter and Saturn, and their results confirmed this asymmetry. They also estimated the asymmetry of Earth based on the latitudinal coefficient of asymmetry in the distribution of gravity.

Shape of the Earth: The mainstream science today claims that the Earth is an oblate spheroid, meaning it is slightly flattened at the poles and bulging at the equator. Kozyrev argued that this conclusion arises because the theoretical calculations are based only on mass and centrifugal forces. Thus, they assume that the shape must by symmetrical, but for some unknown reason, the mass at the North of the Earth is greater than in the South of this supposedly symmetrical object.

Instead, Kozyrev proposed that the planet's meridional cross section would resemble a cardioid [shape of a physical heart], flattened in the north and elongated towards the south. He found it significant that the Earth, with its Antarctic continent and northern polar basin, along with the predominant location of the land mass in the Northern Hemisphere, exhibited this cardioid-like shape.

His theoretical analysis of this issue and practical experiments are very extensive (and mostly beyond my knowledge to critique). He started by reviewing numerous prior experiments with free-falling objects at different latitudes beginning in the 1600’s, and ultimately conducted several of his own experiments with specially designed objects, testing inclination from the vertical fall at various latitudes. He also conducted experiments with falling gyroscopes, with vibrating lever scales and with electrical impulses applied to the objects. These experiments were repeated at various latitudes.

He demonstrated experimentally the asymmetric forces acting along the axes of the Earth’s rotation and calculated the “critical latitude” = 73 degrees at which the forces acting north - south cancel each other out. He noted that in the Northern Hemisphere this latitude marks the end of the continents and the beginning of the Arctic ocean basin, and in the Southern Hemisphere the same latitude marks the rise of the Antarctic continental shelf.

As recently as 2013 Kozyrev’s findings have been confirmed by space observations using modern technology:

Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter (MOLA) team discovered “the striking difference” in elevation between northern and southern hemispheres: “on Mars, the South Pole lying about six km higher than the North Pole, … the planet’s center of mass (is) 3 km north of its geometric center” (Physics Today, Oct 1999, p. 34). The same topography we have for solid Earth: low Arctic and high Antarctic with the same difference 5–7 km. No sound explanation of NS asymmetry was proposed: impact, planetary evolution, mantle convection … are rather artificial and vague. Meanwhile, NS asymmetry is inherent property of any freely rotating flexible celestial body as it follows from Kozyrev’s Causal or asymmetrical mechanics. Relations of Causal mechanics are supported by experimental study of vertical component of causal force by weight change measurement of rotated gyroscope and the study of its horizontal component by pendulum deflection measurement. Kozyrev made measurements at latitudes φ from 45° to 84° and proved that causal force is directed along Earth rotation axis: to the North for φ < 73° and to South for φ > 73°. The magnitude of causal force has order (1–5) × 10⁻⁵ of gravity force.

Stars as Machines that Use Time to Generate Energy

Kozyrev's analysis of then available data on stellar density, temperature, and energy expenditure demonstrated that stars lack internal energy sources, i.e. the observed data contradicted then (and now) prevailing theory that the stars are powered by thermonuclear processes. Instead, he proposed that the stars generate energy from the flow of time. He argued that these seemingly distant and isolated systems that should have succumbed to heat death long ago (if traditional thermodynamics held true) instead, radiate immense amounts of energy over vast timescales. He suggested that time itself possesses energy and stars act as "perpetual motion" machines that tap into this energy source.

While Kozyrev did not provide a detailed explanation of the physical processes by which stars extract energy from time, he suggested that these processes might be electric in nature.

Interaction of Matter with Energy, Time as an Energy Source

According to Kozyrev, matter shows an interaction with energy. His theory suggests that we can consider all material objects in the universe as a kind of sponges which are submerged in water (i.e., energy) and are soaked completely with it. If such sponge is squeezed, cooled, or rotated fast enough, then it yields the water (energy) in its interior to the surroundings, diminishing its own mass. But as soon as one leaves the sponge alone, the pressure on its pores decreases and it absorbs the water again and returns to its initial mass. It is also possible to pump still more water into such a sponge, for instance by heating it or vibrating it, and thereby to induce its pores to expand and absorb more water. Kozyrev demonstrated this in his experiments.

Time energy, according to Kozyrev, can be absorbed, shielded, and reflected by matter. He demonstrated experimentally that different materials do this in various degrees. In some substances time is stored for a longer time than in others, as for instance in aluminum it is two times longer than in lead, in wood it is five times longer than in lead. Aluminum and polyethylene films, as for instance PVC foil, can act as shielding for the flow of time. Kozyrev also believed he had discovered that the flow of time moves not in a straight path through space, but performs a rotational, spiraling movement (torsion). This is reflected in the prevalence of spiraling shapes in nature. According to Kozyrev, right-handed molecules, as for instance sugar, absorb the flow of time and slow it down, while left-handed molecules, for instance turpentine or salt, increase the flow of time and accelerate it.

This is just a small collection of excerpts from Kozyrev’s work in one Substack post, I could go in much longer, as his research is vast. I hope that this small selection gave you an appreciation of just how uncertain the real science is. The real science is constantly wrong and constantly seeks to correct itself. The fake science is assured that it has completely settled itself…

When writing this article, I tried to use NotebookLM (an AI which you can limit to just one pdf source, so it claims…) to translate and summarize Kozyrev’s 1958 paper, with some hilarious results. It seemingly translated Kozyrev’s paper, and sometimes produced correct summaries. On the question about the shape of the Earth, it lied to me, confidently quoting something Kozyrev never said. It also gave me a scolding that the shape of the Earth is an oblate spheroid and I need to quit reading misinformation and conspiracies… It also lied and gave me a totally incorrect numbers when I queried it about the speed of the flow of time.

Life is objectively different from death, but it is not treated as such by “The Modern Science”. We should not be shocked then as we are observing “The Science” trying to “hack the software of life”, equalizing the living beings with dead mechanical objects or electronics, in the name of “saving the planet”, “public health” and other anti-human nonsense. After all, they are just trying to prove us, the living men and women, wrong.

I hate to do this on the New Year’s eve - bring you disappointing news, and yet another “I told you so”, but I feel this is important information which may be overlooked during the holiday time. The AG Paxton’s (TX) case against Pfizer for deceptive marketing practices under TX law has been dismissed. The judge cited PREP Act as the reason for dismissal as it pre-empts state law and regulatory authority.

The AG of Kansas filed a very similar lawsuit in the summer of 2024, which I am certain will be dismissed, too.

Both and I have written extensively about Prep Act and EUA law, describing them as the wall of the legal kill box that must be dismantled before any justice and accountability can begin for the covid crimes. As HHS Scy, RFK Jr can terminate the PREP Act declarations for covid and other fake “pandemic” emergencies (now active until end of 2029), but the PREP Act itself must be nullified by legislators. States can nullify the federal law, and the US Congress can act, too. AGs of states have authority to bring criminal charges, instead of filing pointless civil complaints.

AG of Kansas suing Pfizer! Justice almost here... It's happening...

I was asked by many readers to comment on the recent lawsuit by the Attorney General of Kansas against Pfizer for violating state’s deceptive marketing laws and injuring consumers.

Just a reminder, friends, I told you so many months ago:

For the brief answer to the current case by AG of KS, I am going to quote Katherine here, because I completely agree with her.

KS AG lawsuit v Pfizer:

In my view, it’s another nothingburger/distraction from public health emergency kill box laws and contracts (federal, state, local, international) and the criminal cabal comprised of DoD, HHS, FDA and pharma manufacturers, jointly engaged (with many other government agencies, and NGOs) in intentional worldwide poisoning campaigns.

Like Texas/AG Paxton v. Pfizer, the Kansas case is being brought under state consumer product/consumer protection laws.

Covid vaccines are not consumer products.

They’re not subject to consumer protection or deceptive marketing laws.

Pfizer is not a private company.

In the PREP/EUA/DPA context, under PREP Act and Defense Production Act, Pfizer is a branch of the US government, and therefore immune from suit.

Pfizer never had any legal obligation to conduct valid clinical trials or report valid, truthful safety and efficacy data to FDA or to the public.

FDA is not a regulatory agency.

FDA is a regulatory-simulation agency, with a mission to deceive the public into believing the lies that regulation of unregulated and unregulatable, undefined and undefinable biological products has occurred in the past, is occurring in the present and will occur in the future.

FDA has never had any legal obligation to supervise valid clinical trials for biological products, vaccines or EUA products, ensure the validity of safety and efficacy claims, or apply or enforce cGMP manufacturing rules to ensure safety, efficacy and purity of products to be distributed and used.

Responding to journalists’ questions on why he is suing Pfizer and not other covid vax manufacturers, AG Kobach produced this spin narrative (he actually lied, because he cannot claim incompetence in this). AG Kobach said he is suing Pfizer and not other pharmas because, according to him, Pfizer wasn’t part of the Operation Warp Speed, and did not have enough government supervision! Therefore, they were able to lie and hide the adverse events data from the government.

These statements by the AG are not true. That’s a shame. Let’s review. He is lying when he says Pfizer wasn’t part of the Operation Warp Speed:

1. Pfizer was working for the DOD/”whole of government” Operation Warp Speed from the very beginning:

2. Pfizer was contracted by the DOD and OWS using Other Transactions Authority and Defense Production Authority (both used for secretive weapons purchasing) in contracts totaling up to $10B. The DOD contract with Pfizer clearly states that it is part of the Operation Warp Speed. It also famously orders a “prototype”, i.e. fraud to be delivered from Pfizer:

   

   This method of contracting during declared national emergency (i.e. state of war), and under DPA also makes Pfizer acting not as a private pharma company but as a subsidiary of the US Government. By this legal mechanism, the USG extended sovereign immunity to Pfizer. Pfizer has already invoked this in their legal defense, claiming “derivative sovereign immunity” in Brook Jackson’s case. The US Government, via DOJ also sided with Pfizer, submitting a motion asking the court to dismiss Brook Jackson’s case.

4. President Trump was super jazzed at the prospect of spending billions from taxpayers on OWS making hi-tech poison shots that nobody needed with Pfizer and other Big Pharmas. Pfizer execs present in this meeting were likewise thrilled to be part of this corporate feeding frenzy and mass murdering exercise masquerading as “public health”:

5. Pfizer to date insists (correctly) they were, indeed, part of the Operation Warp Speed, here is an article from CNN:

In response, Pfizer spokesperson Sharon Castillo provided a statement that said the company is indeed part of Operation Warp Speed.

6. Numerous press events from Operation Warp Speed/Pentagon mention Pfizer as a key participant of OWS, and often praise Pfizer for providing data early. Nobody EVER accuses Pfizer of hiding any data from the government in these press events.

So, what does AG Kobach mean when he says Pfizer wasn’t part of OWS?

He is excusing his selective prosecution by misrepresenting the fact that Pfizer had their own data safety monitoring board (DSMB) during OWS clinical trials, while the rest of the OWS participants went with the government-run DSMB. This had been, of course, agreed upon with OWS, the US Government and the DOD! Pfizer, as is normal for pharma companies, wanted to be able to access their own data during a clinical trial. The rest of OWS participants agreed to go through the government-run board. Janssen ended up having to file a FOIA to get their own safety data! (I strongly suspect this was the result of Dr. Mike Yeadon pestering Mathai Mammen, at the time head of Janssen vaccine, about adverse events). I met Mathai many years ago when he worked at Theravance, IMO he is not an evil guy, and he quit Janssen leaving potentially millions on the table shortly after this incident. Thereafter, Janssen was punished for their attempt at gaining control of their own data by the FDA suddenly finding some manufacturing problems and associating a few serious adverse events/deaths with their product.

AG Kobach says that the government-operated DSMB would have been a “good” oversight mechanism (and that’s why he is not suing Moderna).

Let’s look at the OWS DSMB that AG Kobach claims would have protected the consumers in Kansas from Pfizer’s lies:

Operation Warp Speed established a single Data Safety Monitoring Board, controlled by the NIH and BARDA.  This is unusual for clinical development where each pharmaceutical sponsor is responsible for establishing their own safety monitoring board and represents a highly significant degree of control as well as a potential for undue influence over the process. As noted above, it is the norm for each pharma clinical trial to establish their own separate DSMB. That is also a more transparent practice, as it is much harder for several DSMBs to collude and hide adverse events. Yet, OWS wanted to control all trials with one secret group of people, and this is “good supervision” in the eyes of AG Kobach.

The NIH/BARDA safety board was overseeing trials in the U.S. from Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, but not Pfizer, which was fully funding its clinical trial work and established its own five-member safety panel.  The identities of the 10-15 experts on the OWS safety monitoring board were kept secret.

This tightly controlled single structure also meant that one board had an outsize influence to dictate which coronavirus vaccines eventually succeeded or came to a halt, all while most of their identities remained secret. The NIH declined to name them, saying they were "confidential" and could be identified only once a study was complete. That has not happened yet. Maybe time for some journalists to ask who these people were?

The identity of the DSMB chair Dr. Richard Whitley, an expert in pediatric infectious diseases at the University of Alabama-Birmingham was the only one publicly disclosed, press article. Do you know how he got that job?

He was appointed as the chair of OWS DSMB by the illustrious Dr. Anthony Fauci!

Govern me harder, daddy, says AG Kobach. If only Pfizer trial had been governed by a secret group headed by a Fauci protégé, there would have been no need for his lawsuit. Pfizer would have been properly supervised!

For the sake of completeness, I reviewed the Moderna - DOD contracts, too. There were some differences in how the DOD/USG contracted with Moderna vs how Pfizer contract was structured, but let’s remember, the DOD agreed with Pfizer about the terms and were happy to award $10B based on those terms. Moderna had 2 types of contracts with the DOD: an R&D contract and a manufacturing supply agreement (the latter very analogous to Pfizer contract). I reviewed Moderna contracts here:

The scope can be summarized as a “contract R&D services for the US Government”. The Government is ordering and paying for pre-clinical, Phase 2 and 3 clinical studies and related CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) development. This is different from Pfizer contract which specifically excluded preclinical, clinical trials and CMC part from the scope of the DOD contract. Some of the studies in Moderna contract - most of the animal experiments as well as the human Phase 1 trial, were to be performed by the Vaccine Research Center at the NIH. Why? I suppose, because the government is nice and routinely performs work for private corporations. That’s a joke, of course, the NIH co-own the product, get payouts from Moderna ($400M recently, split with Dartmouth), and then the government buys the product at inflated prices and forces it on all of us.

And, lest you think that the US Government ordering and paying for pharmaceutical studies amounts to “good supervision” - Moderna’s animal studies demonstrated fetal deaths and malformations, which Moderna reported to the US Government. The US Government then lied on behalf of Modernal to consumers, pushing shots on young people and especially pregnant women. The FDA label to date states that there are no vaccine-related fetal abnormalities. To date, I am the only person in the world who has read Moderna preclinical package in full and reported on this.

Next, let’s see whether Pfizer actually hid any data from the US Government, as asserted by AG Kobach.

Turns out no. The US Government agencies have always had access to nearly real-time data from Pfizer trials and all adverse events and deaths data immediately after the mass injections started in December 2020. The US Government has had access to over 11+ various databases that we, mere mortals do not have access to. The US government has always had access to Pfizer clinical trial data. It’s the public and independent researchers like me that got access to it only after a lengthy FOIA and lawsuits. For example, here is a well-publicized “Postmarketing Experience” report that Pfizer provided to HHS/FDA in February 2021, showing over 1200 deaths after vaccination and a sheer mountain of adverse events (this is just a couple of months of the vax rollout).

Was DOD/HHS/FDA/CDC concerned about this awful death and injury toll? Nope! The HHS (CDC, FDA) continued “safe and effective” propaganda, and prosecuted any hint of “vaccine hesitancy” with zeal. Yours truly was cancelled everywhere by the US Government contractors squashing dissent from the official narrative. These were not Pfizer people. Numerous “cybersecurity consultants” and “internet researchers” were hired by government agencies (in this case NYC health department), not Pfizer:

Pfizer disclosed data to the regulators and the government. It’s the government that wanted you dead, hired Pfizer for the job, and they continue to lie about these products together with Pfizer, of course. AG Kobach wants to pretend it’s not the case, he wants you to think the government is the good guys, and there should have been more government supervision…

Now, let’s assume AG Kobach is not misrepresenting the rationale behind his selective prosecution. In fact, I agree Pfizer lied. I just vehemently disagree with AG Kobach in regard to whom Pfizer lied to! Let’s go with the narrative that they lied and hid awful things, their vaccine is super deadly and they all deserve to be in jail (true!) However, it appears that Kobach is excusing other participants of OWS (and mRNA tech in general) and says he doesn’t have evidence of harm to the consumers in Kansas in case of those other entities. Does this lame excuse stand up to known vaccine death and injury data scrutiny?

I hope you can see the AG of Kansas case for what it is - a political stunt, and a fundraising exercise, whitewashing the crimes of the Operation Warp Speed and aiming to preserve the government’s ability to repeat this crime over and over again.

And finally, in case you didn’t know: PREP Act preempts civil lawsuits like this one, but does not in theory preempt criminal prosecution. We, the citizens, cannot bring a criminal case. An Attorney General can. So, given this power, why is AG Kobach brining an empty civil complaint that he cannot win?

In case anyone wants to accuse me of not seeing some clever strategic plan, please don’t bother. It is not possible to arrive at the truth or justice by lying. This toothless case is going nowhere except protecting the US Government, the government company Moderna, the poisonous mRNA tech, OWS and Trump (who endorsed Kobach when he ran for the office of AG of Kansas).

In early 2020, I grew increasingly alarmed by the government’s nonsensical and counterproductive actions marketed as “covid response”.  The realization that something truly fraudulent was occurring came to me around spring-summer of 2020 when the suppression of hydroxychloroquine and other early effective covid treatments by the government became obvious.

The HHS (CDC & FDA) went on massive social media campaigns demonizing generic drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, calling them “fish tank cleaner” and “horse dewormer” - which was simply shocking to me as I have never witnessed the health authorities lying so openly and brazenly. The CDC’s own research, published in 2005, concluded, “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread”[1]. The U.S. had stockpiled hydroxychloroquine for exactly this sort of emergency.

The HHS and state agencies and their “fixers” in academia and mass media were promoting outright lies about this well-characterized generic medicine with a long history of safe use.  A turning point for me was when a study by a US tech company called Surgisphere[2] claiming to have collected all data for all covid patients at the time (tens of thousands in all countries of the world) was published in Lancet claiming that hydroxychloroquine caused numerous cases of lethal arrhythmia. The group claimed to have compiled an enormous dataset from all over the world in a matter of weeks!  Sure enough, in about 14 days Lancet retracted the study as it was fraudulent, and no such dataset ever existed. But by then the mainstream media ran the fake headlines which were never retracted. I decided to investigate the data for myself, and turned to the only dataset that was available to me - Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)[3].

Vaccines in general are regulated as pharmaceutical products, meaning that they have a requirement to comply with the current Good Manufacturing Practices[4] – a set of regulatory laws governing quality control, safety, and accurate labeling of pharmaceuticals.  A consumer or a healthcare provider usually cannot detect (through smell, touch, or sight) whether a drug product is safe or if it will work, and therefore safety testing and assurance processes are needed.  This formal system of controls at a pharmaceutical company, if adequately put into practice, helps to prevent instances of contamination, mix-ups, deviations, failures, and errors. More importantly, if the process of manufacture of a substance cannot be assured, that substance cannot exist as a pharmaceutical – reliable, predictable, and controllable by precise dosage. If a company is not complying with cGMP regulations, any drug it makes is considered “adulterated” under the law - a de facto potential poison, whether purposeful or accidental. Most product recalls are voluntary by the manufacturers; however, the FDA has power to enforce cGMP compliance and force recalls, product seizure and a variety of other regulatory actions to ensure compliance.

I needed a historic comparator, and I decided to study the patterns of VAERS data for Covid 19 injections in comparison to the historical flu vaccines from a variety of manufacturers. I compared the covid injections to flu vaccines in terms of the total numbers of serious adverse events and deaths and, in addition, looked at how many we reported per each lot number.  It was an important question, as from my experience in the pharma industry, this analysis would be an important indicator of manufacturing quality control.  I later met and collaborated with a group of citizen analysts around this topic, including Dr. Mike Yeadon, a former senior R&D executive from Pfizer and some of the earliest, and Craig Paardekooper, a British pharmacy student.  Craig made many analytical discoveries in VAERS lot data and started the “How Bad is Your Batch” website dedicated to this issue[5].  The website became an invaluable resource for all questions related to injection batches and by the end of 2022 received over 100 million visitors from all over the world.  We called our group “Team Enigma” in honor of the analysts that cracked the Nazi code during World War II.  I started video recording presentations of our data and posting them on alternative media channels as mainstream social media was in full-on suppression mode.[6]

I queried VAERS data many times over 2021-2022 using historical data from seasonal flu vaccines lot-to-lot as a comparator.  Right away it was obvious that the difference was astounding: covid injections had 15-41 times more serious adverse events and 40-152 times more deaths per lot.  Even more troubling was the incredibly high lot-to-lot variation for covid shots compared to the flu vaccines, even after adjusting for the lot sizes in doses. It is expected that for a product manufactured in compliance with the cGMP all manufacturing lots will have very similar rates of adverse events, very close to zero, and that held largely true for the flu vaccine data.  In contrast, the covid shots varied roughly 1000% lot-to-lot.  Some lots had very few reports, and some had 5000-6000 reports, including 1,000-2,000 serious reports and hundreds of deaths.  The variability was not explained by the sizes of lots, nor by any normal demographic data adjustments such as age or gender of the recipients. It was clear that the manufacture was recklessly uncontrolled. When a pharmaceutical product is made without adherence to the manufacturing quality regulations, any product thus produced is a potential poison, and is deemed as such by law – a de-facto adulterated product[7].

Over time direct evidence of non-compliance with cGMP became available, validating my earlier conclusions.  Evidence included the European Medicines Agency (EMA) “rolling review” of Pfizer’s Chemistry and Manufacturing Controls (CMC) documentation. The discussions around this issue are recorded in numerous documents that were leaked from EMA at the end of November 2020, including email exchanges between EMA staff and management. Authenticity of the documents and emails was independently verified by the British Medical Journal.[8]

The EMA reviewers noted lack of cGMP compliance as “Major Objection #1,” in addition to more than 100 additional Major Objections and Critical Observations. Yet, all regulatory objections were disregarded, and the product went on the market in Europe and worldwide shortly after. 

Despite obvious safety signals including Pfizer’s own pharmacovigilance report showing 1200+ deaths[9] within first 2 month of mass vaccinations, thousands of death reports in VAERS, and millions of reported injuries in other government tracked databases like V-Safe[10], there were no recalls or investigations by the manufacturers or health agencies.  Not a single health official “noticed” it, and furthermore, when questioned, mounted a wall of denial in response.     

Historically, a handful of reports of deaths associated with the use of the product is all that’s needed to initiate a pharmacovigilance action – a recall of a batch of product, investigation, or an entire product recall – all these measures are available and have been successfully used in a variety of product contamination and adulteration cases[11].  After thousands of deaths are recorded with the use of a product and no action is taken by anyone – manufacturer, regulators or law enforcement authorities, the situation should be considered intentional. The flat refusal to acknowledge deaths and injuries by the government officials and pharma companies signaled the intent.  The intent to harm.

The “Pseudo-Laws”: EUA Countermeasures Under Public Health Emergency.

In mid-2022 I ran across a brilliant analysis titled “American Domestic Bioterrorism” posted online by my now friend and colleague Katherine Watt, a paralegal and an independent journalist researching US law history.[1]  Her writing provided the critical piece of the puzzle I was looking for: it explained how the criminal cartel, including actors in the US government, military, and private companies “legalized” and implemented the covid atrocity. 

Katherine found a crucial provision in US law: 21 USC 360bbb-3(k) which stated that use of EUA-covered medical countermeasure (MCM) products including masks, diagnostic tests, bioagent injections, and other drugs, devices and biologics, once so classified by the HHS Secretary and his/her delegees, “shall not be considered to constitute a clinical investigation.”

This provision and the entire structure of the EUA Countermeasures law uncovered by Katherine revealed how the US Government systematically removed all consumer safeguards for the products designated as military “countermeasures” under contrived, arbitrary, self-proclaimed conditions of “public health emergency”, and then lied to the public pretending that these were properly approved safe and effective pharmaceuticals. 

Under federal law, FDA must approve any new drug product prior to a manufacturer introducing it into interstate commerce.[2]  This process requires manufacturer to open an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and obtain an exemption from the FDA for its use in regulated clinical research (trials).  This regulated process is therefore referred to as an “investigational” regulatory pathway.  It requires a manufacturer to conduct regulated clinical research (trials) under the IND, obtaining Institutional Review Board’s (IRB) approval for clinical trial protocols, independent safety monitoring oversight, and informed consent from clinical trial volunteers.  In addition, manufacture of the drugs and biologics subject to the investigational status is regulated by the current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP)[3]

EUA Medical Countermeasures are a radically different, non-investigational drugs, biologics and devices deployed under FDA’s authorization power known as the “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) process[4].    The EUA process is used only when the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services declares an emergency[5] and the EUA law covers only instances of an attack with a chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) agent(s).  The EUA law does not anticipate issuing EUAs for products to treat or prevent viral or bacterial outbreaks.

By law, the EUA process is non-investigational[6]: while the manufacturers may choose and FDA may ask to undertake some of the activities typically expected from an investigational clinical trial and manufacturing validation process, none of the typical regulatory standards are applicable in an enforceable way. 

FDA has the discretion to issue an EUA if the applicant shows, or HHS Secretary thinks that its product “may be effective” in treating the relevant disease or condition[7].   No other criteria for approval apply in an enforceable way.   Thus, the FDA will approve EUA products on incomplete information so long as the applicant shows that the “known and potential benefit of the product” merely “outweigh[s] the known and potential risks”[8] and considers it unlikely that “comprehensive effectiveness data” will be available before an EUA grant. 

In contrast, for an investigational drug (under normal regulatory approval process) the FDA “shall” deny approval if the applicant “do[es] not show that such drug is safe.”[9] 

Therefore, the EUA status of an MCM precludes collection of the regulated clinical trial data and thus precludes reliable, valid scientific knowledge of risks and benefits associated with the EUA Countermeasure while it remains non-investigational.

There is no strict requirement for an investigational new drug regulation (IND), nor institutional review board (IRB) approval of a clinical trial protocol and no informed consent. This fact was revealed in an FDA Vaccines and Related Biologicals Advisory Committee meeting on October 22, 2020, where Doran Fink answered questions on behalf of the Operation Warp Speed[10].  When asked whether the vaccines under OWS were going to use Expanded Access Use (an investigational pharmaceutical pathway to approval), his answer was clear – they were not, because an investigational pathway required informed consent, something that would pose “operational complexity” for mRNA shots. Here is his exact statement from available transcript: “The differences between expanded access use and Emergency Use Authorization are that expanded access use is done -- or is carried out under FDA's investigational new drug regulations. So among many other things, those regulations require use of an institutional review board and also obtaining informed consent from recipients of the investigational vaccine according to regulations for clinical investigations -- research use of investigational vaccines. And so operationally speaking, an expanded access protocol would add some complexity, and that is why Emergency Use Authorization is being considered primarily as the mechanism for addressing the public health emergency that has been declared.”

In fact, the EUA process precludes meaningful informed consent from the recipients of the product altogether.  Congress mandated that FDA directly inform health care professionals and product recipients of any “significant known and potential benefits and risks.”[11]  However, given that formal regulated clinical trials are neither required nor possible for a non-investigational EUA product, there is no effective way to collect and collate reliable and scientifically valid information on risks and benefits of an EUA, thus making the informed consent mandated by Congress meaningless and unobtainable. 

Furthermore, there are no required standards for quality-control in manufacturing; no inspections of manufacturing procedures; no lot-release testing and no prohibition on wide variability among lots; no prohibition on adulteration; and no required compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. EUA products, even though unregulated and non-standardized, “shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded.”[12] 

Thus, I was able to confirm that covid countermeasures are exempt from normal regulations and consumer protections that apply to medical products: 

·       To the extent that "use" of Covid-19 products "shall not constitute clinical investigation," use of such products is authorized even if there is no safety or efficacy data, even if such products are toxic and ineffective. 

·       Investigators, researchers, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other individuals involved in product dispensing, use, or administration to human beings apparently have no legal obligations to comply with laws and regulations that applied previously to use of experimental, investigational, unapproved or approved biological products or devices, including compliance with informed consent laws, medical monitoring of recipients during product use and post-administration monitoring and reporting of adverse effects.

·       Recipients of such products are not legally recognized as experimental subjects or patients receiving experimental, authorized, or approved products, because "use" of the products "shall not constitute clinical investigation." There is no stopping condition, because there is no legally relevant "clinical investigation" to be stopped.

·       On the basis of a self-declared "public health emergency" and self-declared classification of products as "emergency use medical countermeasures," including an unreviewable determination as to the relative risks posed by a communicable pathogen as compared to "medical countermeasure" products, the Secretary of Health and Human Services can suspend informed consent obligations and rights, on behalf of the entire American population.

·       "Vaccinators" are thereby authorized by the HHS Secretary to withhold information about product ingredients; vial contents; potential individual risks and benefits based on individual health conditions; treatment alternatives; and the option to accept or refuse the products.

The FDA and other governments’ drug regulatory agencies have not withdrawn authorizations or approvals of the covid countermeasures, despite millions of documented injuries and deaths during the initial deployment phase, because the products are not legally recognized as medicines.  Instead, they are weapons, biological and chemical and psychological/informational weapons of mass destruction presented to the public under the guise of “public health”.

The “Theater” of a Military Operation

While misrepresenting the covid illness as a “zoonotic viral respiratory infection”, from early 2020 the US Government organized itself for an act of war.  Specifically, on March 13, 2020: “PanCAP Adapted U.S. Government COVID-19 Response Plan” (PanCAP-A) stated that United States policy in response to SARS-CoV-2 was set not by the public health agencies designated in pandemic preparedness protocols (Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act,[13] PPD-44,[14] BIA), but rather by the National Security Council (NSC).  NSC does not have regular attendees from public health agencies and its focus is national security, intelligence and foreign policy matters. 

While the Operation Warp Speed[15] was presented to the public as a “collaborative” “all of government” effort of the DOD and HHS, the DOD was formally the Chief Operating Officer (general Gustave Perna was named as the COO), while HHS had only the Chief Science Advisor position.[16]

Notably, the next senior most layer of the organization was controlled by the US Government while the pharmaceutical companies were the third level down in this organization.  The unclassified October 2020 documents from Operation Warp Speed presentations at the FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee revealed control of the US Government over nearly all product design and implementation aspects of the development and clinical trials for Covid countermeasures.  

On 5 March 2020, the U.S. Army’s Brigadier General Michael J. Talley announced at a press briefing that the DoD would lead a “whole of government approach” as part of its medical countermeasures response to protect “the citizens of the world”.

US has separate branches of government and separate federal agencies for many reasons. Importantly, this was envisioned by the framers as a system where federal agencies’ authorities are limited, and where different branches of government serve as checks or limits to each other. All those reasons apparently could be disregarded in an instant, under a manufactured “emergency”.

At the time of the OWS announcement I thought it was odd that there was a need to bring DOD into this activity at all. What do they know about making drugs? What do they know about pharmacy distribution chain in the US (which is fast, traceable, regulated by the states, very experienced, and is already established everywhere)? I later learned about the real role of the DOD in the “covid” exercise.

Debbie Lerman, a journalist writing for Brownstone Institute[1], revealed that one of the main reasons this “partnering” between HHS and DOD was the use of Other Transaction Authority (OTA). The OTA method of contracting allows federal agencies to order otherwise-regulated products bypassing any such regulations, as well as financial accountability mechanisms that cover standard government contracting, and other laws that regulate disclosure and Intellectual Property (IP) derived from publicly funded research.[2]  Quite reasonably, different federal agencies have different scope of the OTAs. The scope of HHS’s OTA did not permit manufacturing pharmaceuticals at scale, especially not before satisfying regulatory requirements for safety.  OTA was written and codified as a way for the military to acquire weapons and other necessary equipment without a lot of bureaucratic red tape. It covers research and development, prototypes, and subsequent manufacturing. The only OTA for a public health agency is for the HHS and it only covers Research & Development, not prototypes or manufacturing.

Even the R&D OTA given to the HHS still requires products to be manufactured “in a form that satisfies the regulatory requirements” for drug and vaccine safety. There was no way HHS could have used its very limited OTA to sign contracts for hundreds of millions of novel medical products.

So, what did HHS do?

Acting as separate federal agencies within the limits of their authorities, neither HHS nor DOD would have been able to order 100 million doses of unapproved, untested, previously thoroughly failed “vaccine”. They “partnered” to break the constraints of their authorities.

Another very useful insight on EUA Countermeasures law was that the utilization of EUA in this “partnering” scheme is evidence that the relevant US Government officials never believed covid was a naturally occurring viral pandemic. They knew it was a chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) agent or combination of such agents. That is because the EUA law does not include naturally occurring viral outbreaks. The fact that the senior government executives lied about the “wet market zoonotic jump”, utilizing massive network of DHS and intelligence contractors to censor any social media mention to the contrary, prosecuting and smearing any credentialed person who pointed to the holes in their narrative, performing endless clown-show Congressional hearings about whether it was a zoonotic jump or a Wuhan leak, and currently continue to pretend covid was a viral pandemic only points to one thing - this attack being perpetuated by those who lie and cover it up, i.e. the US Government officials themselves.

In essence, the covid response used the pretext of a possible ‘biological attack’ to justify pre-planned “rapid response partnerships” between government and biodefense contractors in industry and academia to facilitate the international deployment of emergency medical countermeasures (MCMs), allegedly to protect American civilians and “the citizens of the world”.

A leaked audio recording from an executive meeting at AstraZeneca from December 2020 became available[3].  The speakers included the CEO, Pascal Soirot and a Vice President responsible for the monoclonal antibody program, Mark Esser.  Esser stated that the relationship between AstraZeneca and DOD started in 2017, when DOD approached the company with a proposal to rapidly (within 60 days!) develop countermeasures to novel viruses “identified” by the DOD.  Esser stated that he had thought the idea was “more science fiction than science” at the time, but the company went along with it.  Of course, the company wanted the DOD grants, and thus the pharmaceutical professionals reasonably questioning the unheard-of recklessness in product development were quickly silenced.  Esser further stated that AstraZeneca and other members of the consortium received a phone call from the DOD on Feb 4, 2020, notifying them that covid was classified as a “national security threat” – a vague designation, with no hard definitions in law which is used by the military-intelligence apparatus to justify exceeding their authorities and violating real laws. 

The military-pharma consortium that had made the investments into MCMs as early as 2017 was looking to cash in on their investments via a faked public crisis, a pandemic that had nothing to do with zoonotic viruses, but rather a false-flag attack with a non-lethal CBRN agent, followed by the government “public health measures” and “countermeasures” – mass unvalidated PCR testing, covid hospital murder protocols, lockdowns, then toxic shots. 

At the same DOD press conference on March 5, 2020, Army Col. Wendy Sammons-Jackson, director of USAMRDC’s Military Infectious Disease Research Program stated that her group had received the pathogen and was growing and culturing the stock of it.  At the time of this conference, there were practically no cases of covid in the US (fewer than 20) and no deaths.  Why was the army making “more pathogen for stock”?  This was justified to the public as necessary for making “countermeasures”, however the DOD was producing a much larger quantity of what they were calling the “virus” vs the actual virus or toxin that was circulating in the US – orders of magnitude more! 

The cases and deaths began increasing after the DOD obtaining and making the stock of the pathogen, and after the lockdowns were announced on March 16, 2020.  The “pandemic” was the result of the DOD and US Government activity, not a response to a natural event:

Hundreds of Covid countermeasures contracts became available via FOIA and SEC disclosures in redacted form.[1]  These contracts allocated billions of dollars via DOD and Assistant Secretary of Pandemic Preparedness and Response at BARDA (Robert Kadlec under Trump Admin) to hundreds of companies – pharma, medical device, diagnostics, distribution, services and censorship/propaganda activities to maintain the fear, misery and isolation among the public so that they would view the covid vaccines as the only way back to “normal”.

These contracts specified the scope of deliverables as “demonstrations” and “prototypes” only.  The contracts included the removal of all liability for the manufacturers and any contractors along the supply and distribution chain under the 2005 PREP Act and related federal legislation.

The contracts described covid countermeasures as intended for “civil and military application.”

The true nature of DOD’s involvement in the development and deployment of the injections was initially revealed publicly when Pfizer was forced to produce their DOD contract for “vaccine” in a motion to dismiss the whistleblower Brook Jackson v Ventavia case under False Claims Act in April 2022[1].

Pfizer’s motion boiled down to the plea of “we did not defraud the Government. We delivered the fraud that the Government ordered!”  While morally abhorrent, the motion was legalistically correct: it was the Pentagon who ordered undisclosed “countermeasures” and “large scale manufacturing demonstrations” from pharma companies using the OTA/Defense Production contracting method.  Besides numerous other problems with this, the word “demonstration” itself has an important meaning – it means a fake, something that is not real and is designed to fool the willing or unwilling target.

The Bait and Switch: Removal of the Pharmaceutical Consumer Safeguards for Covid Countermeasures

The officials lied about “FDA approved” status of Covid-19 injections. That lie enabled them to use the PREP Act liability shield since the actual distributed and injected substance was the Emergency Use (EUA) version of the product.  At the same time, they were forcing vaccination mandates (impossible with experimental substances), by claiming that the two versions were “the same but legally distinct”. The details of the scam became available via the declaration by Peter Marks, Director of CBER at FDA. This declaration was filed in the court case where servicemembers were suing Secretary of Defense and the DOD for covid vaccination mandates.

Marks confirmed that the single criterion for EUA countermeasures was “maybe effective” decision of the HHS Secretary alone.  He further stated that the FDA decided the EUA version must remain in circulation along with the “approved” version (which was never shipped in the US according to the shipping data made available by FOIA).  This was an unprecedented move – EUA and fully licensed versions of the same product cannot not co-exist.  This is because the key condition for an EUA is absence of an approved product for a severe, life threatening “emergency”.  Yet, Pfizer had shipped billions of doses of Comirnaty outside of the US, and yet for some mysterious reason – not in the US.  It was never “available”, except a tiny amount of 35,000 Comirnaty-[falsely]labeled doses that appeared in the US in August 2022 to maintain the pretense of availability.  

Marks further explained that the BLA manufacturing sites have lot-release requirements, while the EUA ones do not.  The lot release requirement is critical for assuring product quality, purity, stability, conformity to the label and other critical consumer safety parameters.  Then he asserted that both BLA and EUA sites must adhere to the cGMP requirements but forgot to mention that for EUA manufacturing there is no way to verify or enforce the cGMP requirement.  No enforcement means there is no real requirement.

Marks’s next statement was a breathtaking somersault - on the basis that maybe the same manufacturing facilities are used to make the non-existent-in-US BLA product (Comirnaty) as well as the EUA version, the FDA decided that lying to the people by withholding the information that the product they are receiving is EUA and thus cannot be forced on them was totally ok.  This was communicated to all vaccinators in the United States.  In this stunningly deceitful move, the FDA re-wrote the US law, exercising an authority that it never possessed. It is not legal for a pharmaceutical manufacturer to ship a drug labeled XYZ from the facilities that are authorized by the FDA to produce ABC and not XYZ.  Simply claiming that they are “the same” does not solve this issue.  Yet, the head of the Biologics division has instructed the healthcare providers to participate in this lie.

The covid “pandemic” and the “response”– the “public health” measures and the Operation Warp Speed – all of it was theater: lethal falsehoods wrapped into a veneer of on-paper-legal activities designed to fool the public into believing that the usurpation of government by “science experts” and removal of the human rights was justified by the Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC, pronounced “fake”), and that the poisonous weaponized bio-chemical injections were “safe and effective vaccines”.  The injections marketed as vaccines were bioagents deployed by actors within the US Government and pharmaceutical/bioweapons industry, intended to injure and kill American people as targets, and exported to other countries' governments to injure and kill their people.  All while reaping extraordinary profits and power from DOD/USG financial stakes in the MCM industry, and subversion of the Constitutional lawful governance and separation of powers under contrived, faked, state of emergency.

There is a misunderstanding, usually divided along political party lines, about the United States and other nominally sovereign independent countries of the world. Typically the “leftists” call them “democracies”, while the conservatives in the US counter this with “we are a constitutional republic, not a democracy”. Other groups decry the corporate form of the US government. I think trying to pinpoint the ill invariably misses the point, as any state will undergo all of these forms before a given civilization ends.

According to Toynbee, a “universal state” is the last phase of a society before extinction. This doesn’t mean people go extinct: they don’t disappear as a group, however they may be reduced in numbers. We are talking about the concept of a “state” in this case. As Toynbee describes, universal states typically last a century or two, and all eventually disappear, but all proclaim that they are eternal right up to the point of their demise. The chapters I am quoting from primarily deal with Rome as a universal state, but draw comparisons and reference from many others - Chinese, Russian, Ottoman, Japanese. Toynbee postulates that the imperial Rome (but not its earlier versions, i.e., royal, magisterial and republican) became the universal state for the disintegrating Hellenic (Greek) world. Reproduced below without commentary. I hope the quotes from ~2000 years ago ring a bell…

In the first place, they arise after, and not before the breakdown of civilizations to which they bring political unity. They are not summers but Indian summers, masking autumn and presaging winter. Appian of Alexandria (AD 90-160) [a Greek who became a Roman propagandist, wrote] in the preface to his Studies in Roman History,

“the [Roman] state has reached its highest point of organization and the public revenue its highest figure, while as long and stable peace has raised the whole world to a level of secure prosperity. A few more subject nations have been added by the emperors to those already under the Roman dominion, and others which have revolted have been reduced to obedience; but, since the Romans already posses the choicest portions of the land and water surface of the globe, they are wise enough to aim at retaining what they hold rather than extending their Empire to infinity over the poverty-stricken and unremunerative territories of uncivilized nations. I myself have seen representatives of such nations attending at Rome on diplomatic missions and offering to become her subjects, and the Emperor refusing to accept the allegiance of peoples who would be of no value to his government. There are other nations innumerable whose kings the Romans appoint themselves, since they feel no necessity to incorporate them in their Empire. There are also certain subject nations to whom they make grants from their treasury, because they are too proud to repudiate them in spite their being a financial burden. They have garrisoned the frontiers of their Empire with a ring of powerful armies, and keep guard over this vast extent of land and sea as easily as if it were a modest farm”.

In the view of Appian and Aelius Aristeides [AD 117-181], the Roman Empire was eternal:

“…just as the sum total of things is eternal, because there is no room, outside it, for its components to fly apart, and there are no extraneous bodies that can collide with it and disintegrate it with a mighty blow.”

In these lines of the Roman poet Lucretius [BC 90-50], his teacher Democritus’s [BC 460] argument looks as impregnable as the Roman limes [borders] itself:

“Nor is there any force that can modify the sum of things. There is no space outside into which any kind of matter can escape out of the totality. Nor is there any space outside from which some new force can arise, break in, transform the whole nature of things, and deflect its motions.”

A universal state has indeed as little to fear from outer barbarians as the Universe has from stray star cluster that are ex hypothesi non-existent; yet the argument is a fallacy nevertheless, for, as we have seen in an earlier context, ‘things rot through evils native to their selves’ [Menander, BC 342-292, fragment 540]. In physical Nature there are elements whose atoms disintegrate by spontaneous radioactivity without requiring any bombardment from extraneous particles; and in human social life, universal states ‘are betray’d by what is false within’ [George Meredith] into revealing, for those who have eyes to see through their specious appearance of impregnability, that, so far from being immortal, these are spontaneously fissile polities.

However long the life of a universal state maybe drawn out, it always proves to have been the last phase of a society before its extinction. Its goal is the achievement of immortality, but the attempt to secure immortality in this world is a vain effort, whether blind or deliberate, to thwart the economy of Nature.

Several establishment presstitutes became very upset at this development and published hit pieces in local WA state newspapers, calling our group “utterly discredited”. I am not sure discredited by what, since not a single factual rebuttal to what we said was included. In the usual lazy fashion they level the accusations of “misinformation” and “malinformation” and “not understanding the emergency laws”. I think their problem is that our group understands science, medicine and applicable law too well, and they are terrified that we are making progress.

Dear Committee Secretariat,

While Australian health authorities and medical agencies spend an inordinate amount of time, effort and money examining the growing epidemic of childhood allergies in Australia and the testing for allergies and the various treatments and precautions, amazingly they spend virtually no time or investigation into the causes of the worsening allergy epidemic. We must finally start our journey to discovery here with the most obvious, yet suppressed, likely cause of this growing childhood epidemic.

Firstly, let’s examine why children started to develop peanut allergies from the mid-1960s. It all started after they added peanut oil to vaccines.

PEANUT OIL USED IN VACCINES:

Product Patented for Merck Said to Extend Immunity (1964)

Listed as Adjuvant 65 on the vaccine insert (A.K.A peanut oil). During the 1970s and 1980s peanut oil became a common practice and ingredient in vaccines. Coincidentally, peanut allergies began rising exponentially in children as more vaccines were administered. Heather Fraser in her 2010 book, The History of the Peanut Allergy Epidemic, documents this.

Concomitantly, hospital records indicate anaphylaxis reactions to vaccines and food anaphylaxis in children rose dramatically during this period. It was around this time that medical regulators and health authorities granted GRAS status (Generally Recognized as Safe) to peanut oil in vaccines so that it no longer needed to be listed as an ingredient in vaccines. Yet another deliberate and willful deceit to hide the known dangers of vaccines from the public.

Dr Buttram found that yeast protein (a potent allergen) and peanut oil are still used as excipients or adjuvants in vaccines but remain unlisted on the vaccine inserts. Also some vaccines include bovine material and egg medium. And we wonder why so many kids have developed allergies to peanuts, dairy, wheat and eggs!?! .. Maybe because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers refined peanut oil as GRAS (generally recognized as safe), vaccine manufacturers think it safe to use as a vaccine adjuvant while not recognizing the differences in physiology and function between food protein sources that are gut-digested from those syringed directly into the bloodstream. That issue could wind up becoming a critical learning for much of medicine, pharmaceutical and vaccine makers. Charles Janeway, a Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator and Yale University School of Medicine professor in 1989, revealed that adjuvants were the “immunologists’ dirty little secret”.

Doctor Buttram has observed in his practice: “Doctors knew that as the number and potency of vaccines increased, so too would the risk of side effects that included soaring IgE and atopy [genetic tendency to develop classic allergy diseases, e.g., asthma, rhinitis, dermatitis, food sensitivities, especially in autistic children].

Anaphylaxis immediately following vaccination had finally become an ‘obstacle’ to the routine jab, doctors observed.”

Way back in 1913 Charles Richet won the Nobel prize for his research on anaphylaxis when he discovered that any protein injected into the bloodstream of any mammal can cause an allergy to that protein. Upon a second injection of any amount after an incubation period, anaphylaxis can often occur. This became a cause of childhood death. And we still wonder why?!?

Primum non nocere is Latin for “First, do no harm”, one of the guiding principles of medical care. Yet there is a large body of scientific evidence confirming numerous vaccine safety deficits that counteract well-publicised benefits. For example, several studies in this book show that mercury and aluminium in vaccines can cause neurological, immunological and developmental harm. Other studies show that childhood vaccines are associated with an increased risk of cancer, allergies, seizures, bleeding disorders, and type 1 diabetes.

From my own conclusions on this topic:

Injections of proteins (large, macro-molecules) directly into the blood stream is an entirely different story, as this can induce the anaphylactic/allergenic state in an unpredictable % of the population. Do it often enough, and you are playing Russian roulette. This is why vaccines are a perfect, deniable murder and poison weapon:

In the opening statement, John Carroll warns of the “considerable anxiety in senior biotech ranks that an upheaval in the agency could trigger both an exodus of veteran staffers and a loss of credibility with the public”. Oh, dear me! Currently a highly credible, honest, totally non-corrupt agency that every American wholeheartedly believes… is afraid of losing its credibility. I think they are afraid in the same way CNN is afraid of losing THEIR credibility… with the last few over-vaxxed zombified boomers too paralyzed to switch the channel, and some pelotons and airport walls that still watch CNN.

Before we continue with Carroll’s opinion piece, let me tell you something about John Carroll himself. A few months ago, John was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer, completely out of the blue. He wrote about it on Endpoints. He was diagnosed with an advanced Merkel cell carcinoma, a very rapid type of cancer. The way he was diagnosed was interesting, too:

Merkel cell carcinoma had spread to my lymph nodes, which in turn swelled and shut down my kidneys. Blocked kidneys were the first thing that came close enough to killing me — with my potassium numbers spiking into a deadly range. But Merkel cell isn’t just a singular rare cancer, generating some 3,000 new diagnoses a year. Because my cancer had advanced into a segment of my body that was choked with arteries, veins, the path for kidney drainage and more among the swollen lymph nodes — a biological traffic snarl — it was beyond the reach of surgery. And it represents one of about 1,000 new advanced cases a year.

A quick search in VAERS database using only one symptom term “Merkel” returned 8 cases of neuroendocrine carcinoma of the skin reported after covid vaccinations. Searching ALL of VAERS for ALL vaccines returned 11 cases. If this doesn’t sound like a lot, we should remember that VAERS is under-reported by a factor of 40x to 100x, and therefore 8 could represent ~800 (accounting for a very large overall % of these diagnoses). In any case, there is a 4x increase in these extremely rare forms of cancer after covid vaccines (2 cases over 30 years jumping to 8 cases in 2 years after covid vaxxes). That’s a clear safety signal.

I have a lot of compassion for John and other people seemingly blinded by the source of their income. I wish him full recovery, both from the cancer and the blindness.

After I finished and scheduled this post, I received an email from John Carroll’s distribution list, addressed to me with an invitation to meet with him at the upcoming annual JP Morgan healthcare conference in San Francisco (in January). He wrote that his cancer treatment is going well and he will be attending the event. I replied as follows:

John, I am sorry about your cancer diagnosis. In fact, I will be writing about it in my upcoming piece on Substack. I don't think I will be going to the JP Morgan conference this year. I wish you full recovery, and I hope that you and your publication will look much more critically into why the cancers of all types, and especially in younger people, have exploded since 2021. You owe it to yourself and your readers.

Returning to the article about Trump 2.0 and the alleged dire fate of the biotechs. John Carroll seems to have a solid grasp of his audience - adult hysterical toddlers that would rather get a rare sudden cancer than face the truth. So, he clearly delineates the “good guys” from the “bad guys” in his stories. Marty Makary, Trump’s nominee for the FDA Commissioner, is *good* (emphasis added):

the nomination of Marty Makary out of Johns Hopkins as FDA chief has clearly soothed many jangled nerves, sparking hope that the radical changes promised by the new administration in a variety of government arenas could bypass much of the biopharma side [to the food side, duh] and leave the agency’s mandate largely unscathed.

Robert Kennedy, the nominee for the HHS Secretary, is *bad*:

Unless that is, vaccines are put in the crosshairs of Robert F Kennedy Jr., whose nomination as head of Health and Human Services is being met with a near-universal — if largely anonymous — scowl.

This, in summary, is everything you need to know about the strategy that is going to be used to deflect, suppress, and otherwise drown out the message of the massive damage cause to people’s health by vaccines in general and mRNA shots specifically. This was immediately obvious to me when the Means Twins were rolled out in front of the MAHA team, by some sheer miracle straight to Tucker Carlson’s show. Their brief is to divert attention to banning and regulating food, which has a dual purpose: deflect from vaccines, and create more power for the government in the food sector. Under pretenses of making healthier food, new mountain of regulations can be created, driving smaller companies out of business and reinforcing monopolies controlled by public-private cartels. These monopolies are easy to control by a few hands. Give them this power and in no time a government committee of scientists and doctors will declare Bill Gates’ powdered cockroaches a healthy food choice for school lunches, and a suitable replacement artificial dyes in your cereal. Cockroaches are “all natural”, don’t contain toxic seed oils, no graphene or nanotechnology, non-5G and gluten free!

In addition, the article provides a survey results that Endpoints collected from biopharma executives.

The majority of the respondents expect “changes”:

One cryptic response was quoted in the article (emphasis added):

Marty Makary seems to be data driven. He has written about the dangers associated with group think rather than data driven decisions as was the approach to peanuts by pediatricians in the 1990 that created an epidemic. My sense is he will realize that he needs well trained reviewers and therefore will want to keep FDA stable. He could overrule the reviewers but this is pretty unusual. The wild card is that if RFK gets approved he could overrule an FDA decision. — Anonymous

What exactly was the “approach to peanuts by pediatricians in the 1990”? Let’s try to think real hard - oh, I know! It was vaccines containing peanut oil, that the pediatricians pushed and created the raging epidemic of peanut allergy, wasn’t it? NYT published an article blaming it on Merck in 1960’s, a long time ago, you understand, they would not do such a thing now!! Of course, nobody removed peanut oil or other food proteins from the vaccines. They simply renamed peanut oil into Adjuvant65 and continued pushing it. As I have written before, anaphylaxis/allergy to common food and environmental proteins is behind the massive increase in a variety of chronic illness, especially in younger people and children.

And, shocking news, the pharma execs expect things to get worse for them when Kennedy is in charge of HHS:

Most of the responses quoted in the article are predictable: “we are doomed, vaccines are fked, we won’t be able to raise capital, Kennedy is not a scientist” (neither is Becerra, but who keeps the track). Surprisingly, there were some people quoted who expected changes to be positive. I don’t know if this is because they understand the reality, or these are just some sensitive-to-political-winds folks who want to be in the good graces of the new admin. Hard to tell.

In a separate opinion piece from Endpoints, they point out the fact that’s been obvious for my readers for a long time now:

The vaccines were authorized during the public health emergency declared by the government at the start of the pandemic, and since then extended several times. Those EUAs only remain in effect while the declaration is still in force, according to the Congressional Research Service, and it would be a simple step for a Kennedy-run HHS to do so, said Jason Schwartz, vaccine researcher and associate professor at Yale School of Public Health, and Paul Offit, a pediatrician and vaccine specialist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Xavier Becerra recently extended the PREP Act declaration for covid for the 12th time, to the end of 2029. The extension includes apeshit crazy derivative liability shields for anything, anybody and their mother, using anything you can possibly think of, for any virus evolving on Earth and in space, and any device or implement or derivative thereof used to mitigate the impact of the previous mitigation measures. First, let me express my thanks to Robert Malone for finally, after all these years, admitting that what I and have been writing about covid “pandemic response” is true. Specifically:

2. Robert Malone admits that he worked/works for the DOD/DTRA.

I.e., this whole thing is written under the influence thereof. Let’s remember one thing:

for years now as part of their advocacy of this interpretation, presumably because of my long history of working with the US Department of Defense in the Biodefense sector, and in particular with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency Chemical and Biological Technologies Directorate (DTRA CB), which is “dual-hatted” as the Joint Science and Technology Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JSTO-CBD) under the Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP).

Some Relevant Bona Fides

Those who have followed me closely may recall that over two years ago I was the first to disclose that a different branch of DTRA, the Threat Mitigation Branch (based on Fort Belvoir, VA), was a major funder of the Chinese CCP/PLA Wuhan Institute of Virology, and so shared responsibility with NIH/NIAID for the funding which lead to the eventual release of SARS-CoV-2 into the world. The DTRA/Threat Mitigation Branch funding was provided in the context of the DTRA/TMB “International Cooperation” activities, which are focused on cooperative threat reduction.

That’s fascinating for sure! The Chinese lab in Wuhan took the US dollars from the US government and did what the US government asked them to do, i.e. fulfilled the contractual obligations.

3. Robert Malone explains that OTA is necessary to Fake Faster and avoid jail:

Now, let’s talk about Other Transactions Authority (OTA) contracts given to pharma companies to produce the covid jabs and many other murdering products and services, including psyop propaganda, censorship and “cybersecurity” - running social media bots to swarm, mass report and bully anyone who tried to tell the truth. This is one of my favorite topics. Katherine Watt, Debbie Lerman and I wrote extensively about DOD contracts and OTA mechanism for the past 2 years.

On December 8th of the Good Lord’s year 2024, i.e. 4 years after the fact, this is the first instance of Robert Malone addressing this very important issue:

The notorious DoD Pfizer contract that Watt and Latypova often speak of was issued under a special federal contracting process known as an “Other Transactional Authority” or OTA. The OTA structure was put into place in response to general governmental bureaucratic frustration relating to biodefense product development and acquisition under the standard contracting process that is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations or FAR. […]

The process of issuing and awarding a FAR-compliant contract can take up to two years, often at least nine months if very actively expedited.

Shocking news, y’all. Do you know that in private sector multi-million dollar contracts also take years to negotiate and sign? In addition to price and scope negotiations, there are things called “due diligence” and “compliance with law and regulations”.

Well, rules for thee but not for the government leaches! Biodefense money laundering can’t wait for the pesky Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements. Government money laundromat goes brrr!

And, as one might hope, it requires many legally binding commitments from the contractor (the company getting the contract from USG). For example, these typically include keeping daily time sheets for all company employees - including those in management or not actually working on the contract!

Standard accounting requirements including timesheets (which I always had to do in MY private sector contracting) are hate and injustice when they apply to the government purchasing, for sure…

There are two major issues that the USG has to contend with concerning large FAR-compliant contracts. First, the pool of trained and certified contracting officers (CO) is getting smaller and smaller. Becoming a CO is a high-risk pathway for a government employee. As part of their training, it is made clear that CO will go to jail if evidence of contracting corruption or malfeasance is identified. No glory, modest pay, and lots of risk and responsibility. Not something that many govies want to take on. The contracting officer corps has been retiring out for many years now, diminishing from year to year.

I have to say, the above passage is my favorite part - nobody wants to take CO jobs anymore, because they look at what’s required, and run! Gee, I wonder how everyone who examines the job requirements of a BARDA CO closely comes to the conclusion that they will end up in the big house?

Second, corporations (often referred to as “beltway bandits”)

that specialize in federal contracting are usually not leaders in technology (or drug) development, and those who are leaders are focused on their sector and not on federal contracting. To illustrate the point, it has been my experience over decades that a federal FAR-compliant contract will add about 30% to 50% overhead to the cost of doing the work for a private sector contract. So, if you are a big pharma or biotech innovator, you have to be pretty desperate to want to work for the US Government.

So desperate! When $10B-a-pop contracts are given for a no-bid, no-rules “demonstration”. I mean, that’s just abject poverty, who in their right mind wants this headache:

What’s a government agency to do? Particularly one tasked with rapidly developing medical countermeasures to engineered pathogens and emerging infectious diseases?

Why is it tasked with faking fakery is a better question…

Well, the developed answer was the Other Transactional Authority or OTA.

Basically the idea here was to develop a compromise. By limiting the scope to just research and development of a “solution” through to a “demonstration” product (rather than actually acquiring the “solution” or “product,”) a simplified contract could be rapidly developed and issued, and the more burdensome contracting clauses could be waived without breaching the FAR, which was designed for actual acquisition and deployment. And to make this system run even faster, it was decided that contractors could be “pre-qualified” as suitable for award of an OTA by making them pay a fee to a private company that would vet their suitability - and in this way circumvent some of the problems with the diminishing CO staffing issue. In other words, outsource many of the contracting officer tasks to the private sector. The way this actually works is that the company that wants to get federal OTA contracts has to pay a fee to the outsourced private contracting company to pre-qualify them. Sort of like having to pay your bank to pre-qualify you for a home loan if you want to get a house financed.

Of course, this is a great solution for Faking Fakery Fast (FFF) or Even Faster (FFEF) to avoid the FAR requirements! You give it to a “manager”, a private company ATI that manages all sorts of weapons productions for the DOD. Specifically, for faking covid countermeasures ATI was awarded a $10B “management fee” by the Department of Defense.

What was your cut, Bob? Since you claim (confess) you set up this whole thing?

Even though this OTA process was principally established for the HHS biodefense group known as BARDA, BARDA ran into some contracting officer “issues” (yes, Jail time was involved), and HHS generally does not use OTA these days. And BARDA did not have any OTA vehicles set up that could handle COVID-related issues. But DoD did, consequent to DTRA in particular.

Someone took the fall and went to jail for BARDA? I wonder why, again…

Now, here is the truth as to why HHS “partnered” with the DOD on Operation Warp Speed (credit for untangling this):

It appears that one of the main reasons this “partnering” needed to happen was the use of Other Transaction Authority (OTA). It turns out, quite reasonably, different federal agencies have different scope of the OTAs. The scope of HHS’s OTA did not permit manufacturing pharmaceuticals at scale, especially not before satisfying regulatory requirements for safety.

There is no way HHS could have used its very limited OTA to sign contracts for hundreds of millions of novel medical products.

So what did HHS do?

As the Government Accountability Office (GAO) noted in its July 2021 report on “Covid-19 Contracting:” HHS “partnered” with DoD to “leverage DoD’s OTA authorities…which HHS lacked.” (p. 24)

Acting as separate federal agencies within the limits of their authorities, neither HHS nor DOD would have been able to order 100 million doses of unapproved, untested, previously thoroughly failed “vaccine”. So they “partnered” in order to break the constraints of their Congressionally issued authorities.

4. Robert Malone’s role in advancing Remdesivir - he admits to it:

That aside, Robert wants you to know he had *nothing!* to do with advancing Remdesivir, the murder weapon of choice in the hospitals and outpatient settings. But *nothing!* here means the opposite of what you think it means:

Just to say it, neither myself nor (to the best of my knowledge) DTRA-CB or the DOMANE program had any role in advancing Remdesivir for use to treat COVID. I understand that NIH/NIAID and Dr. Anthony Fauci, specifically, were responsible for this travesty, not DTRA CB, and certainly not me.

However, the DOD disagrees with his version of events. Here is a story from the Department of Defense on DTRA’s search for therapies against covid in Feb 2021. It’s titled “DTRA’s Therapeutic Arm Latches on to FDA-approved and Affordable Drugs for COVID-19 Relief”. Quote:

“To complement the modest therapeutic effect of Remdesivir, DOMANE also identified Famotidine, a COVID-19 disease modifier from Johnson & Johnson; Pfizer’s Celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory product; and Merck’s Mectizan®, Ivermectin, an antiviral for clinical trials.”

Bob, when they give you a $20M project for a shitty computer model and some “science” paper with funny gaps in methodology, you should wonder what the ultimate use is going to be… but ok, maybe you didn’t know at the time.

Later in his article, Bob is denying any role in advancing Remdesivir, again … by admitting he actively participated in it! What did I tell you about self-incrimination, just a few minutes ago?

How do I know about this OTA loophole for shuttling funding from HHS Operation Warp Speed over to the DoD OTA contract vehicle? Because I personally set up exactly this process for a COVID drug repurposing contract with a UCSF-affiliated non-profit that ran an innovative clinical trial structure under the name of I-Spy. My client for this was a firm named “Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative”, which was lead by UCSF professor Dr. Laura Esserman. For example, see this link. The Quantum Leap group contacted me for assistance in capturing contract funding from Operation Warp Speed because of my professional reputation as a capture manager, contract author and program manager.

We are back to the same DOD press article which I already linked above, glowing about the Quantum Leap clinical trial’s pivotal role in advancing Remdesivir:

“To complement the modest therapeutic effect of Remdesivir, DOMANE also identified Famotidine, a COVID-19 disease modifier from Johnson & Johnson; Pfizer’s Celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory product; and Merck’s Mectizan®, Ivermectin, an antiviral for clinical trials. To learn whether a combination of these FDA-approved drugs [including Remdesivir!] is more efficacious than current treatments, DTRA partnered with Quantum Leap Healthcare to conduct a clinical trial. This volunteer trial will evaluate drug combinations in COVID-19 patients who are having difficulty breathing.”

Is this the trial page? The trial is called I-SPY and the landing page has a Malone look-alike face on it. I am sure there are no reasons why:

Of course, he is friends with Janet Woodcock, who pushed covid jabs on anything that moves, and especially the pregnant women and children. It just so happens, Janet Woodcock is part of Leadership of the Quantum Leap Healthcare, together with 2 other ladies from the FDA. Only some crazy conspiracists would think this is some sort of conflict (1001st in Bob’s case) with his ostensible “freedom-leadership” social media status.

And he is proud of figuring out how to “MIRP” the money through the lower intestines of the swamp without competitive bidding or any contracting regulations:

Dr. Laura Esserman had pioneered a novel approach to drug discovery for Breast Cancer treatment, and one of her close friends was in charge of drug development for Operation Warp Speed - Dr. Janet Woodcock. Woodcock wanted money directed to her buddy Esserman to use in applying the same strategy for COVID drug discovery. But ASPR/BARDA, the usual channel for multi-hundred million dollar contracts, did not have an open solicitation for this type of work, developing and approving a new FAR-compliant solicitation would take many months, and BARDA contracting was already overwhelmed. So I came up with the idea of MIPRing money from HHS/OWS via BARDA over to DoD and the ATI OTA vehicle. All concerned were happy with this idea, it was authorized in a flash (whatever Janet Woodcock wanted, Janet Woodcock got), I wrote the contract, and it was awarded in a flash.

5. Robert Malone hints he “mentored” Col Matt Hepburn (DARPA, OWS)

Matt Hepburn is a key witness of how the biodefense brigade apparently subverted the authority of POTUS and declared a “national security threat” absent any real illness, any real public health threat or any presidential actions. They also spigoted (MIRPed?) $50B for this to their cronies in pharma industry before Trump could even blink, get enraged and fire Jennifer Santos (who immediately got another cushy military job)!

Robert Malone explains his relationship with a mysterious “army colonel who was put in charge of OWS”:

Now, does that mean that DoD was entirely passive in the development of the mRNA “vaccine” products? Absolutely not. Months after EUA “authorization” of the Pfizer and Moderna products, I got a call out of the blue from an old colleague that I had worked with on the Ebola vaccine development project that I had spearheaded for another client - New Link Genetics. This was the vaccine that was later sold to Merck and FDA authorized for Ebola (Zaire) prophylaxis. The colleague in question had been an Army Lieutenant Colonel at the time, and I had provided some mentoring to him way back when. He had subsequently moved on to Army logistics and acquisition, but because of his Ebola vaccine development experience had been reassigned on short notice to project manage the Moderna vaccine project for OWS. He seemed to need to unburden himself about what he had seen and experienced, and about the frustration of having to project manage a diverse multi-agency group tasked with managing the Moderna project - which had (at least in part) originated at the NIH/NIAID Vaccine Research Center. Point being that yes, a DoD Army Colonel was placed as project manager for OWS/Moderna, but it was a thankless task with little power - essentially a multi-agency cat herding task. Not a process unilaterally driven by DoD, in contrast to the uninformed theories of Watt and Latypova.

Dr. Malone, are you hinting that you “mentored” Col Matt Hepburn? Am I reading this correctly? This guy:

It was a thankless task for Matt Hepburn! And I absolutely believe that it was. Heists like this are hard to pull off and their success hinges on constant state of chaos, stress, panic, impossible deadlines, disorganization, fear - all the elements needed so that people turn off critical thinking and just run with the herd to where they are being herded. The goal was to fool the seasoned professionals, not the general public, who are easily fooled. And it worked! Most participants in this atrocity were roped in via panic and bullshit, and kept there by money and implied (and at times actual) threats to their careers.

Robert Malone calls Katherine and me “crazy conspiracy theorists”. That’s an ad-hominem smear and not very original, too! I am not sure why, since he repeats what we have been saying about the DOD, the no-rules contracting, the no-regulation giant money laundering and his own participation in “testing” DTRA’s Remdesivir via a shitty computer model DOMANE and the Quantum Leap “clinical trial”, and then asserts all of this is a crazy conspiracy! As I mentioned before, I think it is a skill, a trained technique of getting ahead of the facts that cannot be ignored anymore: pretend YOU discovered it, not the other side! Pretend it’s all kosher, and furthermore, play victim and call the other side “crazy conspiracists”. This is the data that the FDA supposedly relied on to issue a [fake] Biologics License Approval (BLA) for Pfizer’s original “Wuhan variant” covid shot. That version of the shots has since been removed from the market, and replaced with new versions without any clinical trials whatsoever.

It has been my position that the BLA is fake because the “EUA Countermeasure” regulatory pathway is non-investigational, making it impossible to conduct clinical investigations, i.e. legally protected human experiments. Thus, it is akin a train track or a bridge to nowhere. More about this issue in the posts below.

I have been advocating for nullifying this very bad law that authorizes unregulated poison to be made “available” and pushed via mandates, coercion, threats and propaganda onto unsuspecting public. I have been advocating for removing the entire Chapter 564 that pretends to “regulate” EUAs from the Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

Every month I inquired with my colleagues whether anything looking like Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC) documentation was produced among these pages. No such materials have been included in the 1.2 million pages produced to date. The reason I was interested in that documentation is because many of us have also seen the package of CMC review materials that was leaked from the European Medicine’s Agency (EMA) in December 2020. I and several other colleagues published extensively on the woefully inadequate state of manufacturing at the time when the shots were deployed commercially world-wide. The senior staff at the EMA were stating in internal communications right around the initial commercial launch that “CMC issues” were going to be “the difficult bit”. Importantly, they are saying that the FDA told them this, i.e. the knowledge of the CMC problems originated at the FDA:

The CMC document, the so-called “Rolling Review” was also leaked and I and several other colleagues read it. It was a complete mess: the manufacturing process was incomplete, many parts of the submission dealing with critical quality control steps and analytical processes were missing entirely, or were incomplete, or were found outright fakes.

For example, Western blots were fake computer generated images, and the DNA plasmid map did not disclose the SV40 promoter, which was later found in every batch by Kevin McKernan and other colleagues.

As of late November, the EMA reviewers raised 140+ formal objections to Pfizer’s CMC submission, which still had many gaping holes and missing information. For reference 10-15 regulatory objections normally stop a pharmaceutical application from going forward until objections are resolved. Three Major Objections, i.e. formal red flags are discussed specifically in the emails below. I and others wrote extensively about MO#2 (lack of mRNA integrity). Here is an email from one of the reviewers, Evdokia Korakianiti and a response from Alexis Nolte discussing the problem and the impact (completely unknown and potentially very troubling) on the efficacy and safety of the product (this is when the now infamous Process 1 v Process 2 switch was identified):

It is evident from the responses to the concerns raised by Evdokia Korakianiti the EMA management waived arms and relied on “data that only FDA has seen”, but is “optimistic” and that FDA claimed mRNA breakage was a “theoretical concern”. Really?

Here are the emails indicating that the Major Objections were formally written up and subsequently disregarded by the EMA since the product was shipped commercially just a couple of weeks later.

The conditions stipulated by the EMA’s Conditional Marketing Approval were never fulfilled.

Here are the slides I received from Germany back then. This describes the experiment in which the lab isolated RNA, DNA and protein from several vials of Pfizer and Moderna. They were able to find all three, but here I will focus on the protein part:

In this step the researcher annotated that they had trouble getting the BioNTech samples to distribute in the gel, but it’s clear there are proteins in those samples. Moderna vial distributed widely, meaning there are proteins of a variety of sizes, large and small.

I didn’t know what to make of the protein content in the vials at the time, other than it is a huge contaminant of unknown origin or purpose, since no proteins are listed on the label of the product. While Pfizer was technically authorized to ship synthetic spike protein in LNP under the same Comirnaty label as the mRNA/LNP, Moderna’s jab was not. Of course, countermeasures are not legally obligated to comply to what the label says, and there is a mountain of evidence that they do not.

After learning about anaphylaxis work by Charles Richet, this finding of massive quantities of protein in injections can be added to the list of intentionally harmful “old-school” poisoning components in the vials:

I am even more convinced that things like “nanotechnology” and “mRNA tech” in the vials are mostly red herring. Yes, there are broken RNA and micro-RNA pieces floating with micro-garbage and metals and whatnot in these shots. For example, micro-RNA is a method of potential induction of cancer and dysbiosis discussed in the bioweapons literature. It appears that the designers of these shots included every possible poisoning vector into them.

However, from my current understanding of the state of the RNA tech, it is only good for crude, imprecise production of RNA “shrapnel”. It seems that the designers of the poisoning campaign felt they needed the old-fashioned methods incorporated into the vials as well. My conclusion now is that the main poisoning mechanisms in the vials are the more stable DNA plasmids and proteins that are being transported by [also independently toxic] LNPs all over the body. Of course, other “contaminants” such as toxic metals or micro-RNAs contribute to the different modes of poisoning which makes it easier to gaslight and harder to prove direct causality of injury.

Here is a recent [abridged] comment from Dr. Mike Yeadon explaining how overall this variety of poisoning mechanisms creates the state of “transplant reject”, whereby the body starts attacking itself:

When I describe the inherent toxicities built into the original injection, I initially AssUmed that the contents at least approximated the description.

On realising this isn’t true, I amended my description to say “based on what we’ve been told is in the product”.

Merely based on their own description, it’s impossible that, had they actually been able to make it as stated, there are numerous, superfluous, independently & obviously toxic mechanisms in the product. Condemned by their own words.

It’s very interesting that despite apparently containing different materials than claimed, the clinical signs & the available post mortem evidence does match what I’d predicted based on expected mechanisms of toxicity.

I expect if there’s any mRNA or circular DNA, of any appreciable length (I am guessing even 10% of the inferred length to encode the synthetic protein they call “spike”, so long as it wasn’t human, would be ample to trigger autoimmune reactions. Our bodies do not tolerate non-self polypeptides/proteins.

As Sasha & Katherine have recently observed, by going all the back to Charles Rixey’s [Richet] Nobel prize acceptance speech, we’re fiercely attuned to systemic arrival of foreign proteins. Rixey’s [Richet] discovery was to characterise the process whereby an animal can acquire immunity aka allergy aka become sensitised to a foreign protein. Crucially, it takes TWO exposures. One to set up an immune readiness & the second to activate the trip wire, whereupon one or more “hypersensitivity reactions” can occur.

The variant he is best known for is Type I - anaphylaxis, a sometimes overwhelming, immediate immune response. This is generally considered to be an IgE isootype triggered, mast cell degranulation mediated response & it can certainly kill you.

When we eat, the non-self proteins are degraded by our digestive processes and it’s amino acid that are absorbed. An intact gut wall will not allow to pass anything larger than individual molecules, unless there’s a specific transporter mechanism for something larger.

With this insight, it makes sense NEVER to allow yourself to be injected with a solution containing foreign proteins. If this happens multiple times then, to unpredictable extents, you’re highly likely to experience one or more hypersensitivity reactions.

IIRC correctly, there are five distinct varieties of hypersensitivity reactions. After Type I, Type IV is arguably the best known. This involves killer (cytotoxic) T-cells attacking every cell having the foreign protein on their surfaces, regardless of how this state arose (you could have been injected with foreign protein or by a genetic instruction). This is a slower process, taking days to weeks (or even longer), contrasting with Type I, which takes minutes to hours). Consider this as you would an organ transplant that’s gone wrong, because the donor was too different from the recipient. As your body “rejects the transplant”, you fall sick and may die. Immunosuppressive drugs are likely to be required on an open ended basis.

That’s what the body of a jabbed & boosted person is doing. Essentially, they’re rejecting their own body.

The shots likely create numerous types of anaphylactic and allergic reactions to different types of proteins and partial RNA and DNA sequences which are still long enough to trigger an allergic response. This drives autoimmunity and likely contributes to the mechanisms of cancer. These proteins are also possibly contributing to the creation of blood clots and fibrous clots, by binding with activated fibrin.

I am not aware of any other tests for proteins in mRNA vax vials but they should be done in order to find out what types of proteins are being injected. This may contribute to finding effective treatment protocols for vaccine injury.

The Defender had reached out to both me and Katherine Watt, and several other researchers on the topic of biodefense with some questions for this article. Many people provided statements for it, so understandably, only short statements were included for each commentator. I thank The Defender for publishing my comments and I very much respect every commentator’s own expressed opinion.

Having said this, I think this topic is very important, as I believe it relates to largely psychological warfare part of the Biodefense Pandemic Preparedness Racket. Covid-19 (and gain-of-function in general) + mRNA injections is well described as a “protection racket” by Mees Baaijen with an added deep historical perspective:

The Covid operation was indeed set up as a classical protection racket, see above. It was in fact a double racket: fearmongering with the virus to introduce digital ID’s, and then killing and maiming millions through the “protective” measure: the mRNA jabs.

Below are the questions from The Defender and my answers submitted for the article.

Question:

- What type of biomedical research typically takes place involving primates? Is there any potential connection to gain-of-function research and/or bioweapons research?

Answer: Primates are used in bioweapons research frequently, as they are closely related to humans.  Some of the experiments are truly gruesome and often pointless, and should not be approved by the animal institutional review boards, but they do get approved because the labs get large grants including from the NIH and directly from the military.  I have reviewed one of the studies conducted at AmplifyBio (the company where JD Vance is a private equity investor) here. 

- Specifically, how are primates used to help develop vaccines (e.g. the COVID shots)?

Answer: Specifically for covid vaccines, monkeys were used, for example, in Pfizer's study to assess whether covid vaccines would cause an enhanced disease (instead of preventing disease).  The issue of vaccines causing an enhanced disease had been identified prior to OWS, it's not unique to covid vaccines: polio vaccines are now the primary reason for polio outbreaks, same with measles and some other diseases.  This is due to the unpredictable effect of anaphylaxis, i.e. priming the immune system to severely over-react next time it encounters the protein that it’s being primed with (via injection).  This has been known since 1913 (Nobel Prize to Charles Richet), and this finding should have been the reason to abolish all vaccinations, yet the opposite happened and the knowledge of this was suppressed.  Back to Pfizer study - they vaccinated 6 monkeys and used 3 as placebo control. They could not produce transmission of the virus animal to animal (they never can, nobody has demonstrated that in animals or humans in a research setting), so, after some days they did the “viral challenge” - sprayed them into the nose and throat with the “virus solution”.  None of the monkeys, vaccinated or not, developed clinical covid illness.  They all had “detectable levels of the virus” in their lungs, but no illness.  Based on this Pfizer claimed that there was no disease enhancement associated with the vaccine!  You can see that this is a fraudulent claim since they could not elicit ANY disease in the experiment.   

- Should we be concerned about the millions of dollars in federal (NIH) funding flowing to this particular lab? 

Answer: We should absolutely be concerned.  The funding to these kinds of experiments should be terminated. They use a cover of "infectious disease research" however, so, without challenging vaccine narratives it will be impossible to regulate which of these studies are for infectious disease and which ones are for bioweapons.  It is largely a waste of taxpayers money, and it also funds military programs (like the Amplify Bio study above) where they work on creating poisons in a similar manner to the underground CIA operated labs in the 1940-50's as described in the book by Ed Haslam, "Dr Mary's Monkey" - poison the animals, then collect the results of poisoning (e.g., tumors or brain tissue), then derive new biological poisons from these samples. 

- What are the risks of this type of research? 

Answer: The risks in my opinion are largely the fraud and psychological propaganda on the public that this perpetuates.  They perpetuate the myth of "gain-of-function viruses" to justify these programs.  It is not possible to make gain of function self-spreading viruses for a variety of reasons, and it's not just me saying this, this was confirmed by the US National academies of Science, including by Ralph Baric himself stating that there is no current scientific knowledge to achieve this.  However, what can be achieved in these programs can still be dangerous.  They are creating bio-chemical poisons.  They are also creating fake narratives about pandemics and drive people with fear to self-destructing behavior, including vaccinations with mRNA injections that do not prevent disease and increase population level mortality 2-4 times to what it was before the faked "pandemic".  

Here is an example of a 4-star general, Talley, using Hollywood stories of “dangerous monkey pathogens” for fear mongering (psychological warfare on the public) during Operation Warp Speed, a racketeering bioweapons enterprise:

This article also contains several examples of fraud that is perpetuated via media stories of "dangerous gain-of-function experiments".

- What risks might these escaped monkeys pose to public health? 

If the monkeys are real and not a manufactured story by mainstream media - nothing. They pose no threat to the public.  They will probably die due to cold weather or get eaten by some predators.  Mice and other animals escape from labs (Ralph Baric reported numerous escapes of his mice) with no consequences whatsoever. 

- How are such facilities regulated and how should they be regulated, in your opinion? 

Answer: It depends on the level of the lab - BSL1-4, the higher the number the stricter the regulation.  There are only a few BSL4 facilities, but numerous other level facilities, practically in every research university and private companies, too.  They are regulated, I believe, adequately already.  There is no need for new regulation, there should probably be streamlining of existing regs, and termination of funding from the NIH for a bunch on nonsense that is being funded.  These facilities do not pose much risk.  The CDC collects reports of "possible pathogen escapes" and it's something like 200/year.  So we have a potential world-ending pandemic happening every other day, yet we only have a pandemic when WHO/HHS decides we do!  Isn't it interesting?

There is nothing to declare in reality.

The only thing we are dealing with is a global racketeering enterprise.

- Aside from the public health risk, are such facilities humane in terms of their treatment of the animals they use for tests? 

Answer: My personal opinion (and you can see from my article reviewing AmplifyBio experiments above) - these experiments should be stopped.  They waste lives of animals and subject them to torture (like injecting poisons into the brains of monkeys while they are alive and their skulls are sawed open).  This is a horrid treatment of animals for making poisons for the military.  What humane purpose does this serve?  I am in principle not against animal experiments, and used animals (rodents) in studies of medical devices and drugs.  It is important to study things like toxicology and safety of new therapies on animals to protect human subjects in clinical trials.  But this should not be used to justify torture of animals for no human benefit, or for making bioweapons like mRNA shots.  

- Should such research be permitted, in your opinion?  see answer above. 

Answer: Research in animals should be used for purposes of improving human medicine, not to make poisoning systems or just pointless experiments to create revenue for some universities or private contractors.

- What would you like to see the new administration, especially with RFK Jr. at the helm of HHS, do with regard to such research and such labs? 

Answer: The HHS leadership should do a thorough review of funding that goes into these labs with the objective to significantly reducing it and identifying scientific fraud (it will be found plentiful).  All research funding should be completely transparent to the public.  We need mechanisms of accessing both the proposed study designs (like they do now with clinicaltrials.gov) and the resulting data.  There should be a way for the public to comment on proposed research before it is funded, with mechanisms of enforcement/accountability for what gets funded.

My legal research supports the conclusion that vaccination is a primary driver of disease, infertility and premature death. 

Vaccine confidence programs are based on deceptive scientific methods, promoted by deceptive scientific and general-circulation publications, and shielded from public understanding by deceptive regulatory simulations performed by FDA and drug companies. 

I encourage people to become vaccine hostile: stop taking vaccines and stop vaccinating babies and children. 

- What would you like to see the new administration, especially with RFK Jr. at the helm of HHS, do?

In my view, the most useful things Kennedy can do as HHS Secretary are to shut down all vaccination programs; abolish the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP); abolish the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR) and Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC); and shut down all NIH and BARDA vaccine research and development programs. 

In my view, the most useful things Kennedy can do as HHS Secretary are to shut down all vaccination programs; abolish the CDC.
