Very nice room, very clean, wonderful service throughout the property. Beach and pool were great. We are having a great visit. Ordered food for lunch on the beach and it was very good. We split chicke...n tenders and fresh fruit. The fresh fruit was “fresh” and had strawberries, Black berries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and grapes served with yogurt. Beautiful hotel but horrible service. Food is good but overpriced (expected) and it took forever to come by the pool. We left the room at 9:00am, came back at 3:00pm and it had not been cleaned. We pu...t the “do not disturb sign” out for one hour while we cleaned our boys and changed them into dry clothes. We left for a walk and asked for a housekeeper to clean our room. Came back after one hour. Still not clean. Asked again and walked out for another hour. Same. Asked again. The fourth time I just asked for clean towels and I cleaned the room myself. Someone called me to “follow up,” saying that the room had not been cleaned due to the sign out the door. I received much better service from a 3-star hotel... Vezi mai mult

This was a great experience the check in was easy and the rooms were very nice and clean. The maid service was great the room was always clean when we came back to the room. Food and the patio bar was... good .The location is awesome right on the beach and the hotel is pretty awesome � Will stay here again it’s worth the $$$. Vezi mai mult

I had no issues with the resort itself. Room was clean and nice. Food was good and arrived in a timely manner. Room service was good. However the children's program they offer is not dependable. Excelente elección para pasar una estadía super confortable y bien atendido. El edificio es súper lindo y bien mantenido, y la higiene muy bien en todos lados, espacios comunes y habitaciones. El ser...vicio de house kipping excelente! Te arreglan el departamento tres veces al dia. El equipamiento de las unidades es excelente, aparte de lo básico, tienen una cafetera expreso muy buena, y el conjunto de lavado y secado de ropa es bárbaro. Los muebles y el baño muy lindo me fascinó aquí en USA. El restaurante excelente para desayuno y cena. Las piscinas lindisimas, super servicio de los empleados, y la playa de lo mejor de Miami. El hotel es lindo pero Miami esta lleno de hoteles hermosos como este y con buen servicio. Pero cobran todo extra, resort fee . Vinimos por el planet kid y es muy aburrido para los niños...no hay acti...vidades donde se queden super divertidos....nosotros estuvimos un mes viajando y xambuando de horeles y nuestros hijos se super divertian ...aca estaban aburridos y no tenian ganas de ir .....así que venir aca es pagar de mas sin razon alguna Vezi mai mult

Nuestra tercera y última vez en este hotel, no brinda ningún servicio extra por el costo que tiene. Una de las piscinas está clausurada y te avisan cuando llegas, no cuando reservas. La única piscina ...habilitada está llena de orín y chicos chillando, no es descanso.
El servicio de playa es de mala gana y escaso.

Checked in yesterday - still here for the moment. Conference held at this hotel. Expect everything to take hours from food to service. No functioning pool and NO HOT WATER. Very disappointed when call...ed ahead to see if everything functioning. Also hotel is dead and they put you facing parking lot. Vezi mai mult

The place is a shithole. Felt like I was in a tacky former Soviet republic government resort. The only good thing was the Ukrainian whores. If you accidentally find yourself in this shithole ask Hanna...n at the front desk for Svetlanna. Vezi mai mult

There is nothing good about this place apart from location. Decor is quite dated in the rooms, service is very slow, bathrooms are very outdated. Shower, basin tap and Aircon in our room all broke ...in one day! Water was streaming from the Aircon unit onto tiled floor for over an hour before they finally sent an engineer. Had to move rooms at 10.30 pm with two sleeping children, waited about 45 min for a porter to help us move and got a worse room with Aircon not working properly (but not leaking, thankfully). After all this "five star experience" - nothing from the management other than "we will waive your upgrade fee for this night" - how "generous"!!! Definitely won't be coming back. Vezi mai mult
