Hi there! I’m a WordPress Web Engineer, currently employed by 10up.

Interests

I love writing code, and I love people!
I also enjoy being outside (in the warm months) – doing things like kayaking, camping, spelunking, and fishing with my wife and our son.

WordPress Origin Story

I started using WordPress around version 2.9 “Carmen”. I did so to help myself and others I knew launch small websites for their companies. I’ve been using it exclusively ever since, and in the past 3 years I have become more intimate with the software, developing custom themes and plugins and contributing to the project in any way I can.
