Space | Metal vapours in exoplanet atmosphere

European researchers have found an exoplanet which is so hot that its atmosphere actually contains metals like iron and titanium in gas form! This class of planets are gas giants like Jupiter, but very close to their star. Some are 'ultra-hot Jupiters', which are so hot that there are almost no molecules in the atmosphere, but only atoms. Including metals.
