Old Ben told me I needed to go there. Sadly, Ben was really there in person to tell me this since Darth Vader killed him on the Death Star. So I really wanted to learn more about the Force, and become a Jedi like my father once was. Yoda wanted to train me to end up beating and destroying the Sith. That I needed to learn more about the Force, before I could confront Vader. It was too early for me to face off against him. But I had to because he and the Empire had my friends. I couldn't just leave them to suffer, because Vader wanted me. I knew it was a trap. But I had to go, I can't let my friends suffer for that. So once I showed up I had to fight off against him... Alone. I was able to master my fear against. But he kept trying to lure me over to the Dark Side. I thought I was having a chance against him. But soon I realized, he was only toying with me and testing me to see if I was worthy enough. I clearly wasn't, as he cut my hand off. I have never been more terrified in my life as I backed away. But it wasn't only terrifying because of what he did to me. But it's mostly because of what he said to me. He told me he was my father. Part of me, a deep part in my head knew it was true. I don't know why Ben or Yoda didn't tell me. Hiding the truth from me, only made it worse when I found out by him. At that moment, I have never been more conflicted or dissapointed by anyone before... Only one of many moments that would cause these same feelings I felt when I confronted Vader for the first time.❞
