Please please please let me hide ones I don't want to see again ever. Going through lists I see the same things over and over listed, and I wish I could just hide them and not see them again. Also it would be nice to have listings required to list if they are pet friendly or not. Sometimes I search without "Pets' as an option and I see ones list just in the text that they are pet friendly, but they don't show up in the normal search.

A good resource but could be improved. When you save a property it doesn't reflect any updates to price changes or sales status. I've got at least a dozen homes saved that have been sold and I can't delete them from my foldrr. Also, there is no indication of pet friendliness or whether there are mandatory membership requirements.

It does not let you remove from your saved list. Even after THEY update you that a place is off the market. Ever since the App updated it alerts me with new rentals but when I click on it, it brings me to a page that looks like the house is for sale, not for rent. Very confusing.

Easy to use, easy to manage and extremely helpful with all the photos of the residences. Price Trends and street views. The Street Views sólidas me to see what the neighborhood is like and allows(me) to make a more inform choice. I give it 5+ stars BUT, wish that ALL postings would require at least 1 photo of the listing.

Probably a great app but not outside of the US!! Please list your geographic limitation before wasting my testing time. Not worth installing for Canada. I blame Google for not honouring country filters when searching apps.

I love this app. It makes house hunting easy. Using the filters and preferences narrow things down to what you really want. And pictures, to see what the place looks like. And the broker information is listed if you see something you have to make an offer on. It is truly amazing to me!

I love this app, easy to use and it is able to track where you are in relation to properties. It is easy to request info, however if you are working with someone then you end up upsetting people. The app does not connect the agents to their respective businesses.

Good app but could use a bit of improvement here & there. Would be nice to be notified when a house you have saved gets sold. Even though it's the same company Trulia kicks Zillow' s butt!

It's good for looking at homes, but the listings don't get updated as often as they should so you end up calling Realtors only to hear it's sold or pending sale. Frustrating once your serious.

Very accurate, detailed listings. Amazingly simple interface and the search parameters are easily customized to suit any need. Extremely helpful, simplistically designed app. It's save function allows you to categorize homes as you wish and I find the map function to be amazing. You can check property values, crime statistics, shopping stores, restaurants and school placement, in reference to the homes' location, very easily. Overall, this app is definitely 5 stars for me. It's a must for anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

My only gripe is that I keep accidentally swiping the "email for info" button and sending realtors info request because I can't cancel fast enough. I've done it twice on houses that I was only browsing/not really interested in. If that button was moved, or offered more than a few seconds to cancel the request, it'd be a perfect 5/5.

This App does not work in Australia! For USA only - should be world wide as it looks impressive. Don't mislead potential users - tell them it's only a USA app to save expense of downloading a useless app

It returns results and alerts of housing types I have no interest in. What's the point of filters if they are ignored? The ability to hide listings I'm not interested in would be a good feature too. *Edited my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The emails I get actually return similar results if none are available that match my search. I was mistaken in that regard. I still think there should be a way to hide listings. Also HOA fees are never included and they should be bc it's a major payment. Redfin almost always includes it so I use that app to check for more info, often.

I love it, Trulia alerts me when a new listing comes up or if the price drops or goes up. Also let's me know if the neighborhood is safe, close to schools and shopping I absolutely love this App.

AWFUL. Classic example of a boss's nephew making a business product. Other than the fact that Trulia has the most accurate rental results in my area, their app is TERRIBLE. Can't copy / paste information (like phone numbers, emails, etc) from details ; Can't remove homes from favorites ; Doesn't reflect the same search results as the website ; Beyond the 2 day use, the features break down into unintuitive non-sense. Use their website, not this abomination of third-rate 'app'.

I really like this app. The only issue o have with it is that when you search for a new area you have to back out of the app and reload it to get the new searched area homes to show up.

The pinpointing of homes and streets are extremely messed up! There's been several times I've zoomed in on the map and the address is totally different from where the location is pinpointed! Ridiculous.

This app is very easy to use. You can search areas, change your search, and save properties for further review. It has useful information about the properties and, normally, good photos that fairly depict the property.

Great app. Easy to use. I especially love the feed. But there are three things I think that it needs: the ability to see/search for bath-and-a-halfs, an indication of how many pictures a home has before you click on it, and an easy way to remove things from favorites/boards.

I loved this app. But it no longer shows the property tax amount. That is crucial when looking to see if the home is affordable. So disappointed.

Too many bugs, not enough answers. Too many inconsistencies between app and website. App lets you draw a boundary as a search area. -That search cannot then be opened on the website - server error on their end -On website, all you can define is viewable map area ... well guess what happens when you then open that search up on a larger or smaller monitor....... App lets you choose which board to save a house to -That functionality is currently broken on the website and they don't know why (I submitted a ticket about it) App lets you filter out Pending properties from search results ...Website doesn't seem to, but you can open a search on the phone, filter out Pendings, save the search, then open that search on the website without Pendings ... so at least I can get around that Board sharing -- the main reason I jumped from Redfin to Trulia in the first place -- doesn't work at all, on website or in app. Goodbye Trulia. I'm going back to Redfin with its annoying quirks (from search results, open up a house ... now go back to your search results ... to the very f**king beginnning) and its jumbled mess of a favorites section (can't separate results by scenario, for example...)
