Not easily accessible if you prefer to do a store pick-up or be able to check store availability closest to you.
Love it but since I updated to the last version I cannot go to my shopping bag like many other users. Surely you are loosing a lot of sales thanks to your own errors!!! + you should honour the discount people cannot actually get due to this error!! Hope someone listens
The worst APP ever. At checkout items disappear from the cart. Some Categories don't load and show an error message. Many times item show up as being out of stock upon checkout. Just horrible.
I rarely rate apps but this one is so rubbish I can't believe people use it! Could not join the club using app because the form misses the email field, promised 10%off offer never appeared, app crashed twice then had to enter card number in reverse (must cancel all of it if you make a mistake in the middle cannot edit) waste of time
And again an update which doesn't work, because I haven't been able to get into my shopping bag for days! Way to go H&M now your customers can't order anymore.
By the time u guys solve the carrier info missing error, customers have already lost the trust. Been trying to check out on all kinds of browsers on computer and on both android and ios... All came with carrier info missing error. I tested and tried to check out jus one item, which resulted in me paying a shipping fee. Order went through. Pretty sure ur free delivery bug is making this problem. You are welcomed for your customers' help in helping your company troubleshoot this silly error which is costing your company tons of online sales transactions. And your customer service can't do anything
The updated app looks good but there is always a problem with the h&m app. There is currently an offer which is valid until tomorrow only & I've added items into my basket but when I click on my basket it won't show me any items which means I can't purchase anything!!! Infuriating! ONCE AGAIN..Sort it out h&m, you're a massive company who do so well so why can't your app be good for once? I love browsing & shopping with you, i spend 100s of pounds but you make it so hard for me! It's certainly NOT a pleasure.
What have you done? After the latest update, won't open a lot of pages. I can't see the products anymore, can't order, etc. Please fix this!
Whenever I press back from a product page, it will go to the top of my search page omg. Then I still have to keep scroll down to find back where I was at. Sorry I can't tolerate this kind of stupid UI. Please find a better coder
Very buggy app. Can't go to shopping cart, apply a filter, add items or browse for too long without it resetting to the main menu because of a technical problem. :(
Once again it fails to launch whenever there is a collaboration, on the website or through the app. Pathetic H+M.

Just didn't work. Takes me straight to full website and I go round in circles clicking the app, then install app, the open app, back to website!
Kept receiving career info missing error. Wanted to do christmas shopping for my kids, but the error is refraining me from making any purchase.
Terrible update , unresponsive when looking at different views and cannot zoom in to look at fabric quality like the older version
