Cannot change membership ---and account on site shows i was charged for 2 different memberships. Last payment would indicate that I have membership allowing offline downloads, but it won't let me. ALSO--have emailed them THREE times now and their "we'll get back to you in 24 hours" message has been BS!!! Been a loyal Dramafever member and would expect better service!

I love the shows but... So I got this app a few days ago and it's great it has good shows. I even got their beat plan for 9.99 but after I downloaded a few episodes to watch offline, it didn't work. Why because samsung devices running on Lollipop (Android 5.0) and above will not won't for offline viewing. That was the whole point in getting the bigger package. I will still use this app but will downgrade to a lower plan until they fix this issue. And if they do I will redo my review but until then I'm disappointe.

So the first two episodes are free, but then the rest you must pay to become a premium memeber to watch. To be honest I am unistalling this app. Waste of time downloading. Only downloaded this because I'm not on my laptop all the time, but if I have to pay to watch then I can wait until I get home to watch on another site that watch for free. Bye 💩

Bad. It crashing for no reason at all! It doesn't let me see the episodes i am at, but puts me back at the first episodes. Not only that it's also impossible to get the tv application to work it only for the premium membership! News flash there not that many PREMIUM MEMBERS!

this app is my life, tbh. I pay for premium and imo its well worth the $. I've never had a problem with it, zero bugs or glitches and I use it DAILY on my s7 edge. Offline viewing is perfect when I am flying. And premium content is great, you get to watch amazing shows like SHR: Moon Lovers, Jealousy Incarnate and my new obsession, Goblin! I'm really sorry for the people having a rough time with this app, but I only have positive things to say. I adore DramaFever and I am so happy I can watch dramas legally and safely on my phone any time I want.

I'm Happy With It I love my Dramafever app. Overall it has worked quite well for me. I have been a free member for over a year and it functioned well. I was slightly annoyed about the new push to premium. However, the annual price is not bad and it has worked well for me to have no commercials. Overall, I am very happy with it.

The problem Too Many Ads I am sorry I like this app but the problem is that there are too many ads. There are 6 ads plus 3 ads In the the 6 ads that makes it 18 ads all together and that sucks. Please I appreciate it if u remove some ads. Thank you

Disappointed Only two episodes are free on the newer dramas if you want more you need premium. What!? Unless dramafever stops trying to force people to get premium, I WON'T get the app.

Double billing I love watching my dramas and enjoy no commercials but have been billed twice in the past two months. My subscription list shows two subscriptions. I cancel one but can I get credit for extra payments?

Why? Just why... Why is it that I can never upgrade? I've tried several times through the app on my Samsung tablet, HTC phone, and on my LG 4k TV... It will not let me subscribe to premium. Why? Very very frustrating because your content is great (minus the ads). I'm literally trying to give you my money but you won't take it.

Not working on my Fire I have it on my firestick, and is working well, except the white subtitle is hard to read on light backgrounds. It'd be nice if I had the option of changing it to yellow. I also have it on my Amazon Fire phone through Google play, but it's not working at all. It plays for less than one second and stops. Can't make it work.

As soon as I decide to become a premium member, the app decides not to work. It keeps saying connect to internet. It is connected. I'm actually using wifi right now. All of my other apps work perfectly but now this one doesnt. Crap.

Why the f@#$ im i getting adds I like to know why the f@#$ im i getting adds all of a sudden when i payed a full year subscription specifically to have them removed. I've been a prime member for a while and never had adds now they wanna advertise these holiday commercials. and no matter how many emails you send they won't reply. I u guys are getting payed by these adds and getting payed with primer subscribers. I understand it's the holidays but stop being such damn crooks!!!!!

It's Always Something I'm a premium member because I enjoy having unlimited access, but there is always something going wrong with this app. First, the app was crashing. Then, I tried to change my password a few times, but the app kept giving me error messages. Today I tried to use the app and found out that they canceled my automatic payments for my subscription! Why? No idea. It might be time for me to go to Viki.

Saved video not working I have downloaded 4 episodes of a show and after 10 seconds it gives me an error. It is almost unwatchable on roku. The subs lag so far behind. Been like this since I first put the app on my roku. Mobil works well, but you can't download onto a Samsung pad. I guess DF has a thing for Apple. Netflix and Amazon prime let you download so it's no big deal. It would be a great app if it worked on roku.

Was go to app for K-Dramas but.. I didn't mind having to wait for new episodes to be released to the public. Next thing I know, even shows I was almost finished with are now only for those who pay. I get that you all need money to keep everything moving, but pulling a stunt like that irks people like me. I'm having to go see my shows on Viki now.

Very interesting It makes me want to keep on watching and not stop. Well I cant stop watching I even cry for my favorite characters.

i loved this app but now i want to watch things offline. so i did what they say in the directions and i unsubscribed but now i cant subscribe cuz they don't have directions for that. i wanted to get the offline before i travel but nooooo i have to wait till this month is over so that i can subscribe again

Too many ads... Every time that I try to skip over a part, an ad (or even two) pop up and they're are around 15-30 sec long each. It is a little bit annoying. Also, the same ads keep coming up. If you're going to put ads, at least mix it up... Update: I'm now getting ads that ur 75 sec long. This is irritating me.... I downloaded this app because it offered The Princess Weiyoung which was not offered by Viki, but this add pop-ups are making me regret downloading.

Love it!! Love how I can cast it to my TV with the touch on my phone. No ads and good subtitles. And now I don't have to pay more just to watch drama movies.

was good for a while but some how there have been lot of errors associating with trying to play the media. can't watch any of it even if it's not a premium drama.

Needs better Chromecast support. It's annoying that the app doesn't track your progress if you watch through Chromecast.

Pay for chromecast use? Really? I can deal with the large amounts of ads, I understand they have to make their money somehow, but when they start restricting the use of my devices is just ridiculous. I don't watch enough shows on this app to make paying another monthly subscription on this worth while for me just to get Cromecast capability.

Mad I just paid for my subscription and now my app won't work it just crashes and yes the app is updated. It wont allow me to watch shows on premium even though i paid for premium it says i dont have a premium membership

Premium Can't watch any new or old shows anymore. They made everything premium :( Now I have to find a new app. EDIT: I just downloaded Viki. A lot better. More variety. No premium bs. I can even look at my favorite actors profiles and look through shows they have done.

Good but ads are awful I swear the ads are getting to me like I don't mind the ads but there's this one ad that always stops and won't play so I have to always unistall dramafever then reinstall it's getting really annoying

I really luv this app but It is always having problems staying on plus it is running so slow and alot of the newer dramas don't get put on here fast enogh therefore also have Viki Tv hope U all fix this app faster than later !!!

The app has been fine so far. Not mind-blowing nor as comfortable as one would expect but it still plays the video. I purchased PREMIUM after getting sick of the adds, and for some time it crashed when using my chromecast, but they've fixed it for the most part. The thing that bugs me though is the fact that I cant see stuff Offline like they said I would. And also when I try to play the films it says they're not available in my country, which is BS because then you shouldn't put it in there for me to click. Netflix does it well. Other than that it is doing a good job.

They cancelled my auto subscription Title. I did not authorize cancellation of my subscription (which was set up so that payment would come out automatically). They cancelled it for no reason and won't answer me when I ask why. So bad. I probably won't buy subscription again; rather go through ads than pay for bad service.

Way too many ads Whenever I try to skip ahead, there are three ads and the video stops playing, forcing me to restart and watch all the ads again. This is a horrible app and is forced onto you from their website.

greedy bastards Too many ads! In order for anyone to watch an episode that's been out for over month, you have to pay... The drama Goblin has been out since the 1st couple days of December and yet we can only watch 2 episodes for free. ATM there are 12 episodes out...

Works great! Everyone complains about the ads but that's just what happens when you don't want to pay for premium! The ads really aren't even bad!

Premium I loved Dramafever and could've ignored and accepted the ads, but I just don't like how they cut off the episodes from the popular dramas for only premium. Hope this fixes....

Alot of shows that I want to watch were never in primium and now they are it won't let me see any and the shows are form months ago and years ago can you fix this

Great kdrama app Shows are good, movies are OK, wish the cc was proportional. I'm a premium member, so I don't know about adds. Syncs well with Roku TV.

Worst U watch 1 min. Of drama, than watch 3 min. Of adds that repeats! Waste of time; worst app ever! Just watch it in YouTube with less quality!
