Techincal Issues

Hi Girls,
Just letting everyone know that we are taking a break for a little while..  Out of the four Tuesday Girls - three of us are having internet issues which has complicated things a little.  They are upgrading the network in our area and it seems that because of this no one is interested in maintaining the old connections..  Every time it rains I lose connection for days which can be so frustrating.
Anyhow we thought it might be a good  idea just to let you know, that for now, we will be taking a break.  We hope everyone is having a great New Year and getting lots of sewing done..
Oh and Thank you for all your lovely comments - it has been nice to hear that you have all enjoyed our swaps..

"Bah Humbug" Swap

Hi girls,

Who can believe it's nearly December?

Where did this year go?

Yep I cannot answer these questions either.

Anyhow, just thought we would touch base  and see how everyone is going with getting their swaps ready.  

I have one more item to get and then I will be heading to the post office - hopefully my swap will be on its way by Friday...

Opening day is the 13th of December so make sure you get to the post office early to avoid anyone missing out on opening day..  

If anyone is having any problems please contact asap and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

"Bah Humbug" Swap Draw

What a great way to finish the year off by being part of the "No Fuss Swappers" "Bah Humbug Swap".  

We have 19 swappers,  So this will be a our usual down the line swap.  First makes for second, second makes for third, etc.  Last person makes for the first.  Opening day is Tuesday  13th December, so please allow time for postage so your partner won't be disappointed,  and remember it is a Strictly NO EXTRAS Swap.. Most of all have fun...

"Bah Humbug" Swap

One would be wondering what the theme of our next swap would take but there is only one obvious answer - Christmas.

This will be our last swap for the year and because Christmas time gets a little more hectic, we have once again made it 'No Fuss'..

We do have a couple of general rules, but they are pretty basic...

1.  We will be only swapping within Australia.. (Sorry to all our overseas friends).
2.  You must have a blog AND BLOG REGULARLY (at least once a month).
3.  There is a strictly "No Extras" rule.  So if you feel like you're the type of person who loves to add extra items to your swap, then this is not the swap for you.  We want to keep things simple.

There will be four items in this swap but they are pretty simple..

You will need the following:

1.  A Christmas Mug Rug - homemade..

2.  A Christmas Mug - to go with our mug rug.

3.  A small Christmas Themed Treat.

4.  All wrapped in a Christmas fat quarter.

So if this feels like the swap for you then leave a comment below On or Before Monday 3rd October. (The draw will be posted on the 4th October).
Opening date will be Tuesday the 13th December, that way you will be able to use it during the festive period..  Please  make sure your parcel arrives before this date.
Oh and remember to have fun and keep it simple.
