Shipping and Handling
Due to an increased order volume resulting from our current sale, some orders may experience a 2-3 day delay before shipping. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email.
We thank you for your patience while we work to get all orders processed as quickly as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

In-Store Pickup
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

Gift Cards
Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our Carytown store. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.
To use your Need Supply gift card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.
Gifts
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can select to add a gift message at checkout. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
Free Returns (US Only. Within 7 Days.)
We include a Newgistics SmartLabel® in every package. Return shipping is free if postmarked 7 days or fewer after the date of delivery. Returns postmarked after 7 days will incur a $9.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- Separate the provided Newgistics SmartLabel® along the central line and fill out the top portion to indicate the reason for your return. This should be included in your return package.
- Attach the bottom half of the SmartLabel® to the exterior of your returns package. No additional postage is necessary if you are shipping from within the United States.
- Drop your package at the nearest USPS location.
- If you wish to track your SmartLabel® return, you can enter your order number (which will function as your tracking number) here: http://needsupply.com/trackmyreturn
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If you’ve lost your SmartLabel® and need a replacement, please contact our Experience Department at [email protected]. You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.
International Returns
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

TLS 1.1/1.2 Support
If you would like to continue using Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 to access secure pages (HTTPS) after July 31, 2017, please change the following Internet Explorer browser settings:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools menu (gear icon) and choose Internet Options
- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the Security section
- Uncheck “Use SSL 2.0” and “Use SSL 3.0” or confirm they are unchecked
- Check “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1”, and “Use TLS 1.2” (if available) or confirm they are checked
- Click OK to save your settings
- Close and restart Internet Explorer
Note it is important to check consecutive TLS versions. Not selecting consecutive TLS versions (for example, checking TLS 1.0 and 1.2, but not checking 1.1) could result in connection errors.
