Just to confirm, are your subs reporting that no notifications are sent or that your videos aren't showing up in their subs feed? Also, have you selected 'Notify subscribers' under 'Advance Settings' while publishing your videos?

Thanks for the info & sorry you've been waiting so long. We understand we're late in sending out the decisions, and as we review applications manually, this does takes time. Creator Studio doesn't show this, so it may be confusing. Hopefully you don't have to wait much longer.
