Shaul Judelman: Dahlia is right - dialogue alone won't solve the conflict. But Roots is about using dialogue to have participants take responsibility, become active.

.: I don't think that dialogue can bring the change on its own, especially without a plan behind the dialogue But I do believe these dialogue networks are valuable and needed when political opportunities suddenly arise (e.g. Oslo in 1993).
