Read Kagan’s dissent. Then take a look at what Kennedy asked for in Vieth and what carefulstandards were crafted with that in mind and if you still think Roberts was correct I don’t even know what to say. Then look at Roberts dissent in AZ making clear he will outlaw initiatives

Breaking: FL gov Ron DeSantis signs bill requiring people with past felony convictions to pay all restitution, fines & fees before voting. This is modern day poll tax gutting historic ballot initiative approved by 64% voters & could block 1000s from polls

Praise for Putin, a love note to Kim, and now this. I bet on the way home, Trump finds time to pay his respects to Stalin. Maybe lay a wreath at Pol Pot's grave.

Kudos to for pointing out that all other developed countries have universal care & pvt. health insurance. 75% of “single payer” Canadians supplement with pvt. Insurance. Dems should go after Trump, not fight this meaningless fight.

The constitutional order we all take for granted is changing rapidly, yet liberals don't seem to realize it. SCOTUS is no longer a backstop to justice. It has been and will be a source of injustice. It's time for the people to do the work themselves. A THREAD.
