Working on my presentation and once again baffled by how much tech we've added to every aspect of SEO over the last decade. Every single step in the process of getting a page ranked has had technical steps added to them. It's certainly not getting any simpler.

Thanks so much for your input! Never thought about many of these things. We are a company in which people come into the office. That’s something that is important for our company culture. Lots of women (also the CEO) work part time though...

thanks for your input! I think you're right! So next to coaching and empowering the women, I would like to do some sessions with the whole company. I did that before and it really was received well.

Thank you, Carole. You are very right, thanks for pointing that out! It's rather scary to post and tweet about it. And tweets are a bit too short to elaborate on the matter of women and why they're in a less privileged position. I need more letters to express that properly.

That’s the case now at Yoast. So we reward competence. However, we might be overlooking groups that are just not as visible or qualified in a dominant way. And we want to look into what we are doing. have we been (without intention) discriminating?

Maybe we can hire 3 men, 3 women and a unicorn🤩

I believe in equal treatment. But I also believe that having strong female role models will help in the road to more equality. In that sense, equal appearance matters as well.

I have seen the same trend in the Netherlands... businesses just operating from their facebook pages. But in recent year(s), Facebook-traffic is going down and more and more people don't have an active account. I suspect businesses will get back to building a website.

Just starting to improve. I’ll keep you posted on how this will role. Ideally, we would like 50/50 all over the company of course. Other minorities are important too. We should focus on that as well.
