No one is saying that Nita! I’m questioning the relevance of giving a prime slot on today of all days to someone not connected to the domestic debate (nor has been for some time) and who gets loads more slots than most.

No doubting that, but he gets many many more domestic interviews than most and I’m sure with a little more creative thinking Today could have found a fresher more relevant voice this morning. In fact most of their Brexit guests were from the past not the present!

The debate on here about the relative merits of certain spokespeople on radio, should remind us that whatever happens over next few weeks, we need to learn the lessons of the last referendum:
The same arguments pushed by the same people will get the same outcome!
