I make it even easier on myself. In such cases I impose an arbitrary moratorium on replying. “Tonight” or “tomorrow”. It’s a win either way. Either I no longer feel like letting myself down, or my reply is that much more cogent. twitter.com/kampeas/status…

This is the problem with "white Jews". Forcing Jews to gather under the rubric of color, which is irrelevant to their identity and thus to the peculiar and infernal nature of anti-Semitism, is, per @SethAMandel, an act of profound erasure, and per @skjask, a warrant for bigotry.
