This needs to change. The impact of mental health issues costs UK employers between £33 billion and £42 billion every year and our data showed that the number of people that felt comfortable talking about their mental health to their HR department was only 2%.

At the Workplace Wellbeing Conference in March, The Duke of Cambridge discussed the importance of mental wellbeing at work. The Duke also highlighted the importance of senior leadership in ensuring the support and take up of mental health policies.

We are going to be launching 'Mental Health at Work' with our charity partner on Tuesday 11th September. This initiative is being driven by The Duke of Cambridge and will provide resources, training and information on mental health for workplaces across the UK.
